Abstract

Setiap tahunnya kebutuhan manusia semakin meningkat dan hampir seluruh distribusi barang dikirim melalui jalur laut. Dengan demikian kebutuhan akan transportasi laut sangat semakin dibutuhkan. Hal tersbut dibuktikan pada tahun 2017 – 2021 dimana kedatangan kapal dan arus peti kemas pada PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong terus meningkat. Saat ini, Kinerja Box/Crane/Hour Internasional PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong masih dibawah standar DJPL dengan 22.7 BCH pada tahun 2021 dan Kinerja ET:BT PT. Terminal Teluk Lamong sudah mencapai standar yang ditetapkan oleh DJPL yaitu 76% pada tahun 2021. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi didapatkan nilai kinerja BCH selama 10 tahun mendatang yaitu 19.174 pada tahun 2031 dan kinerja ET:BT yaitu 22.46 % pada tahun 2031 dimana hal tersbut masih dibawah standar yang ditetapkan oleh DJPL. Faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut dibagi menjadi 4 kategori yaitu Manusia, Mesin, Lingkungan, dan Metode yang dijabarkan secara detail menggunakan fishbone diagram. Setelah dilakukan uji hipotesis r2 partial didapatkan variable dengan nilai r2 terbesar pada kinerja BCH yaitu Effective Time sebesar 37,08 % dan variable dengan r2 terbesar pada kinerja ET:BT yaitu Not Operation Time sebesar 77,79 %.

The human needs are increasing and almost all distribution of goods is sent by sea. Thus the need for sea transportation is increasingly needed. This was proven in 2017 – 2021 where the arrival of ships and the flow of containers at PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal continues to increase. Currently, the International Box/Crane/Hour Performance of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal is still below DJPL standards with 22.7 BCH in 2021 and ET:BT Performance of PT. Teluk Lamong Terminal has reached the standard set by DJPL, which is 76% in 2021. Using the regression method, the BCH performance value for the next 10 years is 19,174 in 2031 and the ET:BT performance is 22.45% in 2031 where this is still below standards set by DJPL. Factors that influence this are divided into 4 categories, namely Human, Machine, Environment, and Method which are described in detail using a fishbone diagram. After testing the partial r2 hypothesis, it was found that the variable with the largest r2 value on BCH performance was Effective Time with 37.08% and the variable with the largest r2 on ET:BT performance was Not Operation Time with 77.79%.
