Abstract
Di era abad 21 ini banyak anak-anak muda yang melakukan kegiatan mereka diluar ruangan, mereka biasanya mencari area yang bisa digunakan untuk mengobrol, bersantai, serta kegiatan makan minum. Kegiatan ini menjadi lebih dminati dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya setelah era Pandemi yang melanda selama dua tahun lamanya. Daerah One Five Shopping Lane yang terletak di daerah The Grand Kenjeran, Surabaya menawarkan sebuah area perbelanjaan yang memiliki berbagai macam produk dari makanan-minuman hingga pakaian dan jasa. Tetapi dengan perkembangan industri, tempat ini mulai dirasa kekurangan lahan untuk tenant komersil dan tempat untuk pengunjung itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, Owner dari The Grand Kenjeran memutuskan untuk menambah bangunan, yaitu sebuah Foodcourt untuk mewadahi kegiatan pengunjung dan kebutuhan area tenant untuk berjualan. Perancangan yang diangkat dari kawasan baru ini adalah sebuah foodcourt dengan tema bangunan medieval (bangunan lampau Barat) yang mengedepankan ruang terbuka kawasan sehingga bangunan-bangunan tenantnya bersifat berulang atau anorganik

In the era of the 21st century, many young people do their activities outdoors, they usually look for an area that can be used to chat, relax, and eat and drink. This activity has become more popular than in previous years after the Pandemic era that hit for two years. The One Five Shopping Lane area which is located in The Grand Kenjeran area, Surabaya offers a shopping area that has a wide range of products from food-beverage to clothing and services. However, with the development of the industry, this place is starting to feel that it lacks land for commercial tenants and places for visitors themselves. Therefore, the owner of The Grand Kenjeran decided to add a building, namely a Foodcourt to accommodate visitor activities and the needs of the tenant area to sell. The design adopted from this new area is a food court with a medieval building theme (old Western buildings) that prioritizes open space in the area so that the tenant buildings are repetitive or inorganic
