Abstract

PT. X yang terletak di Selat Madura akan membangun Dermaga A dengan panjang 560 m, lebar 230 m dan kapasitas ukuran kapal maksimum 60000 DWT. Kondisi perairan PT. X yang dangkal membuat kapal tidak memungkinkan untuk bersandar serta termasuk ke dalam salah satu alur pelayaran sibuk di Indonesia. Sehingga, diperlukan adanya pekerjaan pengerukan untuk mengakomodasi kapal yang akan bersandar. Pengerukan ini merupakan capital dredging dengan kedalaman area keruk yang telah ditentukan adalah 13,5 meter dan jumlah volume material keruk 105.506,36 m3. Dari hasil analisa dengan membandingkan tiga variasi pada 4 kondisi, didapatkan bahwa pekerjaan pengerukan ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan TSHD dengan kapasitas 4.083 m3. Total durasi pekerjaan ketika alur sepi adalah 11 hari dan ketika alur ramai 18 hari. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan adalah sebesar Rp14.700.932.373,- ketika alur ramai dan Rp13.269.719.623,- ketika alur sepi.

Shallow X makes ships unable to dock and is one of the busiest shipping lanes in Indonesia. Therefore, there is a need for dredging work to accommodate the ships that will berth. This dredging is a capital dredging with a predetermined dredging area of 13.5 meters deep and a total volume of dredged material of 105,506.36 m3. From the results of the analysis by comparing the three variations in 4 conditions, it is known that the dredging work will be carried out using TSHD with a capacity of 4,083 m3. The total duration of the work when traffic is low is 11 days and when traffic is busy 18 days. The total costs incurred are IDR 14,700,932,373 when the channel is busy and IDR 13,269,719,623 when the channel is quiet.
