Abstract
Seiring dengan meningkatnya kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat di daerah Patimban, sehingga dibutuhkan sarana transportasi yang memadai dan sarana penunjang yang mendukung dengan membangun Dermaga Pelabuhan di kawasan tersebut. Dalam proses pembangunannya dibutuhkan adanya sistem yang memudahkan dalam melakukan analisa keterlambatan proyek pembangunan seawall. Untuk dapat mengetahui penyebab keterlambatan pembangunan Dermaga di daerah Patimban serta mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam menangani keterlambatan proyek. Dengan metode fault tree analisys (FTA) didapatkan dua faktor utama penyebab keterlambatan proyek yaitu faktor gangguan selama proses pembangunan memiliki peluang sebesar 0,0473dan faktor manajemen kurang baik peluang sebesar 0,0107, sehingga Peluang keseluruhan dari keterlambatan pada proyek pembangunan seawall dari FTA adalah 0,05801. Dampak – dampak dari keterlambatan proyek pembangunan menggunakan metode Event Tree Analysis adalah keterlambatan dengan waktu antara 2 minggu hingga 9 bulan yang diakibatkan oleh berbagai macam faktor dan dikenai denda berkisar antara Rp 31.950.020,- hingga Rp 6.326.103.960,-. Hasil dari diagram bow-tie dari dalam bentuk beberapa pencegahan ancaman(threat) dan beberapa pengaturan konsekuensi (consequence) dengan bantuan barrier.

Along with the increasing economic activities of the community in the Patimban area, adequate transportation facilities and supporting facilities are needed to build a Port Pier in the area. In the construction process, it is necessary to have a system that makes it easy to analyze delays in seawall development projects. To be able to fmd out the causes of delays in the construction of the Pier in the Patimban area and make the right decisions in dealing with project delays. Using the fault tree analysis {FTA) method, there are two main factors causing project delays, namely the disturbance factor during the construction process has a chance of 0.0473 and the management factor has a chance of 0.0107, so the overall opportunity for delays in seawall construction projects from FTA is 0 ,05801. The impacts of delays in development projects using the Event Tree Analysis method are delays with a time of between 2 weeks to 9 months caused by various factors and are subject to fines ranging from IDR 31,950,020 to IDR 6,326,103,960. The results of the bow-tie diagram are in the form of some threat prevention and some consequence settings with the help of barriers.
