Abstract
PLN Merupakan perusahaan penyediaan listrik untuk melaksanakan penyaluran dan pendistribusian listrik ke seluruh pelosok daerah. PLN Regional XYZ diberikan target pada Nilai Kerja Organisasi atau sering yang disebut dengan Key Performance Indikator (KPI). Salah satu point kinerja yang ada pada Key Performance Indikator (KPI) yaitu penambahan pelanggan. Berdasarkan realisasi kinerja pelayanan Pasang Baru dan Perubahan Daya pada tahun 2021 diketahui pencapaian pelayanan atau service level sebesar 87,5%. Berdasarkan data dari bagian pemasaran, rendahnya service level PLN Regional XYZ maupun tiap-tiap unitnya dalam melayani Pemasangan Baru dikarenakan ketidaktersediaan material. Jenis material yang tidak tersedia didominasi oleh material Kwh-Meter dan Miniatur Circuit Breaker (MCB). Selain itu service level Kwh-Meter dan Miniatur Circuit Breaker (MCB) berdasar permintaan di tiap unit PLN masih berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini dilakukan peramalan permintaan Pasang Baru dan Perubahan Daya Regional XYZ. Klasifikasi material dilakukan berdasar kebijakan perusahaan yaitu dengan Kepdir No. 717/K/2010. Perkiraan permintaan Pasang Baru dan Perubahan Daya dengan metode Exponential Smoothing dan Artificial Neural Network. Pemesanan material Kwh-Meter dan Miniatur Circuit Breaker (MCB) ditentukan dengan metode Economiq Order Quantity (EOQ). Dalam penelitan ini dilakukan pula perhitungan dengan reorder point dan safety stock dengan service level yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan yaitu 95%. Perhitungan EOQ didapat total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 47 M yang mana lebih hemat 17% daripada menggunakan metode kondisi eksisting.

PLN is a company that distributes electricity to all parts of the region and serves as a distributor. A goal on Organizational Work Value, also known as Key Performance Indicators (KPI), is set for PLN Regional XYZ. The addition of new customers is one of the performance points in the Key Performance Indicators (KPI). It is known that the service achievement or service level is 87.5 percent based on the performance of the New Install and Power Change services in 2021. The marketing department's data indicate that material unavailability is the reason for the low service level of PLN Regional XYZ and each of its units serving New Installations. Kwh-Meter materials and miniature circuit breakers (MCB) dominate the types of materials that are unavailable. Based on requests for each PLN unit, the service level for Kwh-Meters and Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCB) remains distinct. Forecasting the demand for Pasang Baru and Perubahan Daya in XYZ Regional was the goal of this study. The company's policy, Kepdir No. 717/K/2010, is used to classify materials. Utilizing Exponential Smoothing and Artificial Neural Network techniques, an estimation of the demand for Pasang Baru and Perubahan Daya was made. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used to determine the Kwh-Meter material and Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) orders. Reorder point and safety stock calculation was also done in this study with a service level of 95%. A total inventory cost of IDR 47 billion was calculated using the EOQ method, which is 20% more efficient than the existing condition method.
