Abstract

Ruas jalan Gresik – Paciran merupakan akses utama menuju pertambangan, pusat industri dan pelabuhan di Kabupaten Lamongan, Kota Gresik dan Kota Surabaya sehingga dilewati oleh berbagai macam jenis kendaraan termasuk truk dengan muatan. Pada ruas jalan ini terdapat berbagai macam kerusakan di beberapa titik pada ruas jalan tersebut. Kondisi ini tentu mengganggu kenyamanan dan keamanan pengguna jalan sehingga diperlukan perbaikan untuk mempertahankan kondisi jalan agar tetap berfungsi secara optimal melayani lalu lintas dan untuk mencegah kerusakan lebih berat.
Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang hasil dari analisis kondisi perkerasan serta perencanaan perbaikannya untuk ruas jalan Gresik – Paciran dengan total panjang ruas yang ditinjau yaitu 10 km. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam analisis kondisi dan perbaikan perkerasan ruas jalan ini adalah pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, studi literatur dan analisis data meliputi pengolahan data, penetapan nilai kondisi jalan menggunakan metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) dan Surface Distress Index (SDI), penentuan metode penanganan, perencanaan perbaikan serta Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).
Dari analisis hasil survei volume kendaraan yang melewati ruas jalan Gresik – Paciran didapatkan volume kendaraan sebesar 60.527 kendaraan/hari. Berdasarkan analisis hasil survei didapatkan tipe kerusakan perkerasan jalan pada ruas jalan Gresik – Paciran antara lain Depression, Alligator Cracking, Shoving, Block Cracking, Edge Cracking, Patching and Utility Cut Patching, Rutting, dan Weathering/Ravelling. Dari hasil penilaian kondisi perkerasan jalan, diperoleh bahwa dengan menggunakan metode SDI nilai kondisi perkerasan jalan pada beberapa segmen dalam kondisi “Baik” dan kondisi “Sedang” sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode PCI nilai kondisi perkerasan jalan pada beberapa segmen dalam kondisi “Excellent”, “Very Good”, “Good”, “Fair”, “Poor”, dan “Very Poor”. Dari tipe dan tingkat kerusakan didapatkan metode penanganan dengan patching dan rekonstruksi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan RAB perbaikan untuk seluruh segmen yang ditinjau maka didapatkan total RAB yang diperlukan sebesar Rp 1.415.900.500,-.

The Gresik – Paciran road section is the main access to mining, industrial centers and ports in Lamongan Regency, Gresik City and Surabaya City so that it is passed by various types of vehicles including trucks with cargo. On this road section there are various kinds of damage at several points on the road section. These conditions certainly interfere with the comfort and safety of road users so that improvements are needed to maintain road conditions so that they continue to function optimally to serve traffic and to prevent more serious damage.
This final project discusses the results of the analysis of pavement conditions and planning for its improvement for the Gresik – Paciran road segment with a total length of the section being reviewed, which is 10 km. The methodology used in analyzing the condition and repair of this road pavement is primary and secondary data collection, literature study and data analysis including data processing, determining road condition values using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and Surface Distress Index (SDI) methods, determining the method handling, repair planning and budget planning (RAB).
From the analysis of the survey results of the volume of vehicles passing through the Gresik - Paciran road, it was found that the volume of vehicles was 60,527 vehicles/day. Based on the analysis of the survey results, it was found that the types of pavement damage on the Gresik - Paciran road section include Depression, Alligator Cracking, Shoving, Block Cracking, Edge Cracking, Patching and Utility Cut Patching, Rutting, and Weathering/Ravelling. From the results of the road pavement condition assessment, it was found that by using the SDI method the road pavement condition values on some segments were in "Good" and "Fair" conditions while using the PCI method the road pavement condition values on several segments were in "Excellent", "Very Good”, “Good”, “Fair”, “Poor”, and “Very Poor”. Based on the type and level of damage, the method of handling patching and reconstruction was obtained. Based on the results of the calculation of the RAB for repairs for all segments reviewed, the total required RAB is Rp 1.415.900.500,-.
