Abstract

Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu ibu kota provinsi di pulai Sumatra dengan pertumbuhan penduduk yang terus meningkat, termasuk pada kecamatan Rumbai. Dalam perambahan penduduk, maka terjadi penambahan jumlah permintaan akan tenaga listrik. Oleh karena itu, pasokan listrik harus dikelola dengan baik agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan permintaan listrik. Dalam menyediakan layanan listrik, salah satu faktor penting adalah kendalan sistem tenaga listrik agar dapat terus menyuplai jaringan listrik kepada pelanggan. Parameter keandalan sistem mempertimbangkan nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI. Untuk meningkatkan keandalan dari ULP Rumbai maka dilakukan skenario rekonfigurasi jaringan. Setelah dilakukan rekonfigurasi jaringan, nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI yang awalnya sebesar 28.36 (jam/pelanggan.tahun) dan 1.73 (kali/pelanggan.tahun), menjadi 18.59 (jam/pelanggan.tahun) dan 1.42 (kali/pelanggan.tahun).

Pekanbaru is one of the provincial capitals on the island of Sumatra with population growth that continues to increase, including in the Rumbai sub-district. In population encroachment, there is an increase in the number of requests for electricity. Therefore, electricity supply must be managed properly in order to meet the needs of electricity demand. In providing electricity services, one important factor is the constraints of the electric power system so that it can continue to supply the electricity network to customers. The system reliability parameters consider the SAIDI and SAIFI values. To increase the reliability of the Rumbai ULP, a network reconfiguration scenario was carried out. After network reconfiguration, the initial SAIDI and SAIFI values were 28.36 (hours/customer.year) and 1.73 (times/ customer.year), to 18.59 (hours/ customer.year) and 1.42 (times/customer.year).
