Abstract

Jalan Tol Semarang – Demak merupakan bagian dari jaringan jalan tol Trans Jawa. Panjang Jalan Tol Semarang – Demak seksi 2 yang akan dibangun adalah 16,31 km STA 10+690 – STA 27+000; ruas jalan tol sepanjang 700 meter (STA 11+000 – STA 11+700) direncanakan akan dibangun diatas konstruksi timbunan dan jembatan sepanjang 170 meter. Jembatan tersebut direncanakan dengan menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang berdiameter 800 mm pada abutmentnya. Timbunan yang direncanakan memiliki lebar 50,0 m, tinggi 7,55 m, dan kemiringan sisi talud 1:2. Timbunan tersebut direncanakan dengan menggunakan metode pre-loading untuk perbaikan tanah dasarnya. Perencanaan pondasi jembatan dan timbunan tersebut didasarkan pada kondisi tanah dasar dimana jenis tanah sampai kedalaman 5,0 m merupakan pasir berkerikil, kedalaman 5-35 m berupa lempung lunak, dan kedalaman 35-70 m merupakan lempung kaku. Adanya lapisan tanah yang baik di permukaan setebal 5,0 meter, kiranya perlu dievaluasi perencanaan eksisting pondasi pada abutment. Selain itu, perlu juga di evaluasi kemiringan sisi timbunan agar lebih menghemat volume material dan luas lahan yang diperlukan. Hasil analisa perhitungan yang telah dilakukan pada Tugas Akhir ini, untuk alternatif pondasi tiang pancang dengan diameter 80 cm didapatkan sebanyak 80 buah dan memiliki kedalaman 30 m dari dasar abutment. Sedangkan untuk alternatif pondasi bored pile dengan diameter 80 cm didapatkan sebanyak 80 buah dan memiliki kedalaman 36 m dari dasar abutment. Selanjutnya mengenai perencanaan timbunan pada oprit jembatan, untuk alternatif lereng timbunan 1:1 didapatkan perkuatan geotextile dengan ultimate strength 400 kN/m sebanyak 25 lapis. Sedangkan untuk alternatif lereng timbunan 1:2 didapatkan perkuatan geotextile dengan ultimate strength sebesar 400 kN/m sebanyak 15 lapis. Berdasarkan hasil analisa perencanaan yang telah dilakukan dipilih perencanaan yang paling efisien yaitu pondasi tiang pancang D80 dan timbunan dengan lereng 1:1.

Semarang – Demak Toll Road is part of Trans Java Toll Road. The length of Semarang – Demak Toll Road is 16.31 km form STA 10+690 to STA 27+000. Toll road section from STA 11+000 to STA 11+700 (700 m long) planned to be built embankment and bridge for 170 m long. The bridge was planned using spun pile foundation with diameter 800 mm in the abutment. The embankment behind the bridge was planned as high as 7.55 m and width as many as 50 m with a slope 1:2. The embankment was planned with pre-loading method for soil improvement. The toll road planning is based on soil data, where the type of soil at depth 0-5 m is gravelly sand, at depth 5-35 m is soft clay, and at depth 35-75 m is hard clay. The presence of good soil in the surface with 5 m thick, presumably needs to be evaluated the existing abutment foundation. Moreover, the slope of embankment also needs to be evaluated to make it more efficient. From the result of the analysis of calculations that have been carried out, for alternative spun pile foundation with diameter 80 cm obtained 80 pieces and has 30 m of depth from the abutment. Meanwhile, alternative bored pile foundation with diameter 80 cm obtained 80 pieces and has 36 m of depth from the abutment. Furthermore regarding the alternative of embankment, geotextile needed for embankment with slope 1:1 is 25 layer with the ultimate strength 400 kN/m. Meanwhile, the geotextile needed for embankment with slope 1:2 is 15 layer with the ultimate strength 400 kN/m. Based on the result of the analysis of calculation that have been carried out, the most efficient planning is spun pile foundation D80 and embankment with slope 1:1.
