Abstract

Inovasi adalah faktor penting bagi bisnis dan organisasi agar tetap kompetitif. Penting bagi organisasi untuk memiliki strategi yang jelas untuk pengelolaan inovasi. Maka dari itu, Ideabox hadir sebagai platform crowdsourcing ide yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan pengelolaan ide inovasi. Seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan penggunaan Ideabox, ditemukan kebutuhan untuk mengubah model bisnis dari white label menjadi multi-tenant yang menyebabkan diperlukannya beberapa perbaikan dan pengembangan fitur agar pengguna dapat terus menikmati pengalaman yang lebih baik saat menggunakan
Ideabox.

Adapun fitur-fitur yang dikembangkan adalah fitur register, login, reset password, portal system, settings, homepage, detail idea, create idea, landing page, my idea, profile, dashboard, event, idea management, category management, talent management dan event management. Proses pengerjaan seluruh fitur melewati tahapan wireframing, pembuatan low fidelity dan high fidelity design, prototyping, diskusi hasil design dengan tim developer, membuat plan usability test, melakukan usability test, serta analisa dan dokumentasi hasil usability test.

Innovation is a critical factor for businesses and organizations to stay competitive. Organizations need to have a clear strategy for innovation management. Therefore, Ideabox was created as an idea crowdsourcing platform that can facilitate the need for idea innovation management. Along with the increasing demand for Ideabox usage, the need to change the business model from white label to multi-tenant has been found, which led to several improvements and feature development to enjoy a better experience when using Ideabox.

The developed features are register, login, reset password, portal system, settings, homepage, idea detail, create idea, landing page, my idea, profile, dashboard, event, idea management, category management, talent management and event management. The process of developing all features goes through the steps of wireframing, creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, prototyping, discussing the design results with the developer team, planning usability tests, conducting usability tests, and analyzing and documenting the usability test results.
