Abstract
Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak besar bagi kehidupan dan hampir seluruh sektor terpengaruh. salah satunya sektor properti. Perubahan budaya kerja membuat karyawan harus dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat agar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui dan menganalisis dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan sektor properti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus., pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 cukup berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kinerja karyawan PT. Bhakti Tamara. PT, hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang muncul akibat perubahan situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi selama pandemi berlangsung. Strategi yang dimiliki perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan dengan menekankan kontrol kepada setiap manager, tidak melakukan pemotongan gaji, tetap memberikan bonus, memberikan vitamin secara rutin, memberikan fasilitas mobil kantor beserta pengemudi, melakukan traning untuk meningkatkan soft skill dan memotivasi karyawan. Strategi adaptasi karyawan PT. Bhakti Tamara dalam perubahan budaya kerja melalui budaya organisasi (komunikasi dan saling support) yang dimiliki perusahaan dan memiliki kapasitas adaptif yang baik.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on lives and almost all sectors have been affected. One of them is the property sector. Changes in work culture make employees have to be able to adapt quickly so as not to affect performance. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on employee performance in property sector companies. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach., data collection is carried out with in-depth interviews and observations. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic was quite influential on reducing the performance of PT. Bhakti Tamara. PT, this is influenced by several factors that arise due to changes in the situation and conditions that occurred during the pandemic. The company's strategy in optimizing employee performance by emphasizing control to each manager, not making salary cuts, still providing bonuses, providing vitamins regularly, providing office car facilities and drivers, traning to improve soft skills and motivating employees. Employee adaptation strategy of PT. Bhakti Tamara in changing work culture through organizational culture (communication and mutual support) owned by the company and has good adaptive capacity.
