Abstract
Alpha Academy sebagai education technology menjadi yang “unggul” pada kategori entry level startup. Pada fase growth, Alpha Academy telah memiliki lebih dari 2500 pengguna dan menghasilkan jutaan profit selama kurun waktu tiga tahun. Namun, keunggulan tersebut hanya akan bertahan dalam jangka pendek jika startup ini tidak segera memperkuat positioning diantara banyaknya kompetitor sehingga menciptakan risiko profitabilitas. Kurangnya integrasi pengelolaan media sosial Alpha Academy sebagai alat positioning menyebabkan ketidakjelasan arah strategis brand awareness yang merupakan kunci kesuksesan kegiatan pemasaran menuju fase expansion. Situasi dan kondisi tersebut menjadi ancaman serius bagi Alpha Academy terutama jika pengelolaan media sosial non-organik kurang dimanfaatkan. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan, penelitian ini akan memberi luaran berupa perancangan dan pengelolaan sistem periklanan digital melalui Meta Business Suite sebagai strategi pemasaran startup Alpha Academy yang memanfaatkan momentum fase growth menuju expansion. Proses pembuatan kedua luaran melibatkan berbagai perspektif dari pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal Alpha Academy menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Luaran pertama yaitu Advertisement Content Planning yang memuat topik, deskripsi, model, dan tipe konten yang akan ditayangkan melalui iklan berdasarkan target audiensi. Luaran kedua yaitu Advertising Timeline yang memuat tipe, tujuan, lokasi, penempatan, target, durasi dan anggaran iklan serta ads display. Diharapkan kedua luaran tersebut mampu menjadi pedoman pengelolaan akun bisnis non-organik melalui Meta Business Suite dalam menciptakan brand awareness, memperkuat positioning, dan menghasilkan peningkatan profitabilitas startup Alpha Academy.

Alpha Academy is a "superior" education technology in the entry-level startup category. In the growth phase, Alpha Academy has more than 2500 users and generates millions in profits over three years. However, this advantage will only last in the short term if this startup does not immediately strengthen its positioning among the many competitors, thereby creating a risk to profitability. The lack of integration of Alpha Academy's social media management as a positioning tool has led to an unclear strategic direction for brand awareness, which is the key to successful marketing activities towards the expansion phase. These situations and conditions become a serious threat to Alpha Academy, especially if the non-organic social media management is underutilized. As a solution, this research will provide outputs in the form of designing and managing a digital advertising system through Meta Business Suite for Alpha Academy's marketing strategy that takes advantage of the growth phase’s momentum towards expansion. The process of making the two outputs involves various perspectives from Alpha Academy's internal and external stakeholders using the Design Thinking method. The first output is Advertisement Content Planning, which contains topics, descriptions, models, and types of content that will be displayed through advertisements based on the target audiences. The second output is the Advertising Timeline, which contains the types, objectives, locations, placements, targets, durations, and ad budget, as well as display ads. These two outputs are hoped to serve as guidelines for managing non-organic business accounts via the Meta Business Suite to raise Alpha Academy's brand awareness, strengthen its position, and increase profitability.
