Abstract
Jalan Raya Porong merupakan bagian dari ruas jalan nasional Bts. Kota Sidoarjo – Gempol dari Km 30+000 sampai Km 33+000 terletak di sisi barat tanggul Lumpur Sidoarjo (LuSi) yang masih aktif erupsi selama lebih dari 15 tahun dari tahun 2006 hingga saat ini. Berdasarkan pantauan yang dilakukan oleh PPLS diketahui bahwa tanggul LuSi mengalami penurunan sekitar 6 cm/tahun. Fenomena ini dapat menyebabkan kerusakan infrastruktur di sekitarnya. Ruas jalan nasional Bts. Kota Sidoarjo – Gempol merupakan salah satu infrastruktur penting yang mengalami kerusakan dan terganggu akibat penurunan tanah. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap jalan nasional ini untuk memahami permasalahan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode geofisika dan penyelidikan geoteknik. Survei geolistrik menggunakan konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger dan Ground Penetrating Radar digunakan sebagai uji non-destruktif. Sementara itu, Uji Sondir dan Bor SPT diterapkan untuk mengetahui kondisi struktur tanah dan memvalidasi data geofisika. Berdasarkan pengamatan lapangan dan laboratorium, struktur tanah Jalan Raya Porong berupa pasir berlanau hingga pada kedalaman 4,5 meter dan lapisan dominan lempung pada kedalaman >4,5 meter. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data geofisika, tanah lunak ditunjukkan dengan nilai resistivitas rendah yaitu 0,1 – 3,97 Ωm dan diidentifikasi adanya rekahan dangkal pada STA 0+400 dan STA 0+575 pada lintasan geolistrik 2D sisi timur badan jalan. Korelasi antara metode geofisika (Transverse Resistance) dan pengujian geoteknik (N-SPT) menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan nilai R2 0,966 dan 0,9546. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membantu perencanaan preservasi untuk penanganan perbaikan tanah pada jalan nasional ruas Bts. Kota Sidoarjo – Gempol.

National road segment Bts. Sidoarjo City – Gempol from Km 30+000 to Km 33+000 is located at west side of the Sidoarjo Mud (LuSi) embankment which still have an active eruption for more than 15 years from 2006 to the present. Based on the observations which conducted by PPLS, it found that the LuSi embankment had lowered around 6 cm/year. This phenomenon can cause damage to the infrastructure nearby. National road segment Bts. Sidoarjo City – Gempol, one of important infrastructure is experiencing severe damage and disturbed due to land subsidence. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on these national roads to understand the problem throughly. This research was carried out using both geophysical methods and geotechnical investigations. In advance, resistivity geoelectrical using Wenner-Schlumberger configuration and Ground Penetrating Radar were used as non destrcutive test. Meanwhile, Cone Penetration test and SPT boring were applied to determine the condition of the soil structure and validated geophysical data. According to field and laboratory works, the soil structure of Jalan Raya Porong are silty sand up to a depth of 4.5 meters and a dominant of clay at a depth of >4.5 meters. Based on the results of geophysical data analysis, soft soils are indicated by a low resistivity value of 0.1 – 3.97 Ωm and shallow fractures are identified at STA 0+400 and STA 0+575 on the 2D resistivity geoelectrical track on the east side of the main road. The correlation between geophysical methods (Transverse Resistance) and geotechnical test (N-SPT) showed a positive correlation with R2 values 0.966 and 0.9546. The results are expected to help the preservation planning for handling soil improvement on national road segment Bts. Sidoarjo City – Gempol.
