Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan revolusi industri membawa potensi perubahan yang signifikan pada berbagai aspek di industri. Salah satu tahapan dalam proses produksi dan rantai pasok yang masih memiliki ruang pengembangan otomasi adalah sistem palet, yaitu suatu proses meletakkan produk jadi dalam kardus diatas pallet dengan pola tertentu untuk kemudian disimpan atau menuju proses rantai pasok selanjutnya. Model pemilihan pemasok meliputi penyusunan kriteria melalui focused group discussion (FGD), pembobotan kriteria, dan evaluasi harga. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria calon pemasok sehingga didapatkan Pemasok terpilih. Model penentuan jumlah robot palet dilakukan menggunakan metode line balancing atau penyeimbangan lintasan dan penghitungan kelayakan investasi dilakukan dengan menghitung penghematan bersih satu tahun dan perhitungan Net Present Value Dari hasil pembobotan pemasok, didapatkan 2 sub kriteria dengan bobot tertinggi yaitu ketahanan robot sebesar 0,359 dan kualitas pelayanan dan perbaikan sebesar 0,207. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapatkan Pemasok A sebagai pemasok terpilih dengan total nilai terbobot sebesar 4,566. Penentuan kapasitas robot palet dengan metode line balancing dilakukan berdasarkan waktu siklus tiap mesin pengemasan terhadap waktu siklus robot palet. Dengan waktu siklus robot palet sebesar 8,7 siklus/menit dan rata2 waktu siklus mesin pengemasan sebesar 2,0 siklus/menit maka dibutuhkan 3 robot palet untuk dapat menangani 12 lini pengemasan secara optimal. Dilakukan juga perhitungan nilai kelayakan investasi robot palet ini dengan menghitung jumlah penghematan bersih dan Net Present Value. Dari perhitungan didapatkan total penghematan bersih sebesar 2,529 miliar rupiah per tahun dan nilai Net Present Value sebesar positif 2,964 miliar rupiah sehingga investasi ini dinilai layak untuk dijalankan.

One of the stages in the production and supply chain process that still has room for automation to be developed is the pallet system, which is a process of placing finished products in cartons on pallets with a certain pattern for later storage or going to the next supply chain process. The supplier selection model includes setting criteria through focused group discussions (FGD), criteria scoring, and price evaluation. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of each of the criteria for prospective suppliers so that selected suppliers are obtained. The model for determining the number of palletizer robots is carried out using the line balancing method and the calculation of investment feasibility is carried out by calculating one year's net savings and calculating the Net Present Value From the results of supplier scoring, 2 sub-criteria with the highest weight were obtained, namely engine durability of 0.359 and quality of service and repair with 0.207. From the calculation results, Supplier A is obtained as the selected supplierwith a total weighted value of 4.566 The determination of the palletizer robot capacity using the line balancing method is based on the cycle time of each packaging machine against the palletizer robot cycle time. With a palletizer robot cycle time of 8.7 cycles/minute and an average packaging machine cycle time of 2.0 cycles/minute, 3 pallet robots are needed to be able to handle 12 packaging lines optimally Calculation of the feasibility value of this palletizer robot investment is also carried out by calculating the amount of net savings and Net Present Value. From the calculations, a total net savings of 2.529 billion rupiah per year and a positive Net Present Value of 2.964 billion per year is obtained so that this investment is considered feasible to run.
