Abstract

Adanya peningkatan permintaan produk fashion berpengaruh terhadap lahirnya beragam brand fashion yang menjadi pemicu berkembangnya model bisnis fast fashion dan menyebabkan berbagai dampak negatif. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, munculah ide bisnis fashion yang berfokus pada konsep sustainability. Ide bisnis direalisasikan melalui CV. Mode Malathi Mahakarya dengan dua brand yaitu Owned Brings Positivity (OBP) dan Bhasabhumi. Untuk menciptakan konsep sustainability, OBP dan Bhasabhumi saat ini mulai berkembang dalam meningkatkan produktivitas bisnisnya. Saat ini, OBP telah berhasil memperkenalkan sebelas series produk dengan konsep desain yang charming dan colorful sesuai dengan segmen pasarnya yaitu remaja perempuan. Bhasabhumi juga telah berhasil memperkenalkan tiga series produk yang mengusung konsep batik modern dengan desain luxury, simple, elegant, dan telah menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam mencapai target pasarnya yaitu wanita > 25 tahun (upper class). Seluruh tim telah berprogres secara siginfikan pada seluruh aspek manajerial yang dibuktikan memenuhi 100% kontrak pencapaian usaha. Melalui perencanaan strategis dan pemanfaatan teknologi, perusahaan berupaya dalam memaksimalkan konsep sustainable fashion yang memperhatikan kualitas dan preferensi masyarakat. Harapannya, perusahaan dapat menjadi salah satu role model bisnis dengan konsep sustainable fashion di akhir tahun 2025 mendatang.

A demand inscrease for fashion products affects the birth of various fashion brands which eventually triggers the development of fast fashion business model. This model takes the approach of responding to customer requests quickly by looking at existing trends and pushing clothing prices lower which triggers consumptive behavior in society and causes negative impacts on the environment. Based on this case, we created a business idea in the fashion sector which focuses on sustainability as the main concept. We realized the idea through CV. Mode Malathi Mahakarya which running two brands, Owned Brings Positivity (OBP) and Bhasabhumi. Through the vision and mission to create the concept of sustainability, OBP and Bhasabhumi are currently starting to develop and move forward in increasing its business existence and productivity. So far, OBP has introduced eleven kinds of product series with the targeted market of teenager girls. Bhasabhumi also successfully introduced three series, providing modern batik concepts with simple, elegant, and luxury designs. The entire team has made significant progress with evidence that we have fulfilled 100% of the essential obligations and business achievement contracts. In the future, both OBP and Bhasabhumi batik are committed to maximizing the concept of sustainable fashion and optimizing various uses of technology both to support productivity and business existence. By the end of 2025, we hope that OBP and Bhasabhumi will become a role model of business with the sustainable fashion concept.
