Abstract

Masalah enterprise contract merupakan masalah fundamental yang berdampak terhadap proses bisnis bagi perusahaan di berbagai sektor industri. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan transformasi digital untuk mengatasi tingginya biaya dan waktu pembuatan yang lama pada proses enterprise contract. Tujuan utama transformasi digital adalah memecahkan tantangan mengenai efisiensi dan efektivitas. Namun proses transformasi digital yang dilakukan pada perusahaan enterprise tidak mudah dilakukan karena memiliki berbagai risiko dan tantangan. Ada 4 aspek pada business process management yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan inisiatif transformasi digital pada sektor publik maupun perusahaan enterprise yang memiliki karakteristik rigid dan mengedepankan compliance, diantaranya: people, process, policy, dan technology. Karena proses transformasi digital yang akan dilakukan memiliki risiko dan kompleksitas yang tinggi, maka perlu digunakan metode yang tepat agar proses inovasi yang dilakukan berjalan dengan optimal. Untuk itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi masalah dan perumusan solusi pada masalah enterprise contract yang melibatkan aplikasi MyTEnS sebagai tools yang digunakan di PT XYZ dengan menggunakan pendekatan design thinking. Design thinking merepresentasikan cara berpikir konvergen dan divergen yang memiliki lima fase yaitu empathize, empathize, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pada tahap problem-space dilakukan proses identifikasi masalah dengan berempati pada user dan stakeholder dengan melakukan in-depth interview terhadap 15 responden yang terdiri dari user internal perusahaan dan pelanggan. Hasilnya didapatkan 13 pain point yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap proses bisnis yang akan disolusikan dengan 148 ide yang didapatkan dari proses brainstorming yang akan diterapkan pada perancangan fitur e-contract MyTEnS untuk aspek tools serta usulan kebijakan pendukung untuk aspek people, process, dan policy. Dalam fase pengujian fitur e-contract MyTEnS sebagai tools untuk proses enterprise contract yang dilakukan dengan heuristic evaluation dan user testing, terdapat 29 temuan severity problem dengan rata-rata severity 2 (minor problem) serta mendapatkan nilai 4,5 dari skala 5. Hal tersebut menandakan prototype fitur e-contract yang dirancang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, namun ada beberapa perbaikan minor yang perlu dilakukan pada iterasi selanjutnya

The enterprise contract issue is a fundamental issue that impacts business processes for companies in various industrial sectors. Therefore companies need to carry out digital transformation to overcome the high costs and long time to make the enterprise contract process. The main goal of digital transformation is solving challenges regarding efficiency and effectiveness. However, the digital transformation process carried out in enterprise companies is not easy to do because it has various risks and challenges. There are 4 aspects to business process management that influence the success of digital transformation initiatives in the public sector and enterprise companies that have rigid characteristics and prioritize compliance, including: people, process, policy, and technology. Because the digital transformation process that will be carried out has high risk and complexity, it is necessary to use the right method so that the innovation process that is carried out runs optimally. For this reason, this research focuses on identifying problems and formulating solutions to enterprise contract problems involving the MyTEnS application as a tool used at PT XYZ by using a design thinking approach. Design thinking represents a convergent and divergent way of thinking which has five phases, namely empathize, empathize, ideate, prototype, and test. In the problem-space stage, the problem identification process is carried out by empathizing with users and stakeholders by conducting in-depth interviews with 15 respondents consisting of internal company users and customers. The result is 13 pain points that have a significant influence on business processes which will be resolved with 148 ideas obtained from the brainstorming process which will be applied to the design of the MyTEnS e-contract feature for the tools aspect as well as supporting policy proposals for the people, process and policy aspects. In the testing phase of the MyTEnS e-contract feature as a tool for the enterprise contract process which was carried out by heuristic evaluation and user testing, there were 29 findings of problem severity with an average severity of 2 (minor problem) and a score of 4.5 on a scale of 5. This indicating that the designed e-contract feature prototype is in accordance with user needs, but there are some minor improvements that need to be made in the next iteration
