Abstract

Drainase merupakan hal yang penting untuk berada di kawasan pemukiman. Drainase perumahan adalah saluran yang berfungsi untuk mengalirkan air yang terdapat di lingkungan perumahan. Saluran drainase ini digunakan untuk melindungi lingkungan agar tidak tergenang oleh air hujan. Di Kabupaten Kapuas khususnya di kawasan pemukiman jalan Pilau masih belum terdapat sistem jaringan drainase, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan drainase di kawasan pemukiman jalan Pilau. Hal ini didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa jika tidak ada drainase dapat membawa dampak negatif bagi masyarakat. Kabupaten Kapuas jarang terjadi banjir karena daerah ini merupakan daerah dengan tanah gambut, tanah yang mudah menyerap air dan dapat menyerap banyak air, namun seiring dengan meningkatnya intensitas hujan di Kabupaten Kapuas pada musim hujan, tanah tidak dapat lagi menampung, dan air meluap menyebabkan banjir. Pada proyek ini akan direncanakan suatu sistem jaringan drainase dengan luas daerah tangkapan air sebesar 1033623,614 m2, 103362,36 ha. Dari hasil analisis dimensi saluran terkecil dan terbesar adalah 300 x 300 mm dan 1000 x 1000 mm. Ada juga rencana kolam retensi, didapat dimensi 100 x 100 m, dan kedalaman 2m. Desain pintu air dengan dimensi lebar 1 m dan bukaan pintu air 0,3 m. Drainase dan retensi direncanakan, guna mengatasi banjir yang terjadi di kawasan pemukiman Kuala Kapuas

Drainage is an important thing to be in a residential area. Residential drainage is a channel that functions to drain water contained in a residential environment. This drainage channel is used to protect the environment from being inundated by rainwater. In Kapuas regency, especially in the residential area of Pilau street, there is still no drainage network system, so drainage planning is needed in the residential area of Pilau street. This is based on the fact that if there is no drainage can bring the negative impact on the community. Kapuas regency rarely floods because this area is an area with peat soil, soil that easily absorbs water and can absorb a lot of water, but as the intensity of rain increases in Kapuas regency during the rainy season, the soil can no longer accommodate, and the water overflows causing flooding. In this project will be planning a drainage network system with total catchment area is 1033623.614 m2, 103362.36 ha. From the analysis results, the smallest and largest channel dimensions are 300 x 300 mm and 1000 x 1000 mm. There is also a plan for a retention pond, obtained dimension 100 x 100 m, and depth 2m. Design a sluice gate with dimensions width of 1 m and a sluice gate opening of 0.3 m. The drainage and retention planned, in order to overcome the flooding that occurred in the residential area of Kuala Kapuas
