Abstract

Konstruksi baja memiliki sifat daktail. Salah satu konstruksi baja yang dapat digunakan adalah sistem rangka Buckling Restrained Braced Frame (BRBF). BRBF merupakan sistem struktur rangka baja tahan gempa yang mempunyai ciri perilaku seismik yang stabil, yaitu tidak ada tekuk, yang mana memungkinkan bresing menyerap sejumlah besar energi, serta menghasilkan penghematan biaya untuk elemen lainnya. Disamping penggunaan sistem konfigurasi BRBF, pemakaian struktur komposit menghasilkan desain profil/elemen yang lebih ekonomis, lebih kuat (stronger) dan lebih kaku (stiffer) daripada struktur non-komposit. Dalam tugas akhir ini, Gedung Apartemen Taman Melati MERR Surabaya yang sebelumnya menggunakan struktur beton bertulang setinggi 32 lantai akan dimodifikasi ulang dengan menggunakan struktur komposit dan sistem BRBF yang menggunakan konfigurasi multistory X-bracing. Studi literatur yang digunakan dalam proposal ini mengacu kepada peraturan SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020, SNI 1729:2020, SNI 2847:2019, SNI 7860:2020, SNI 7972:2020, AISC 341-16. ACI 318-19, buku ajar dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan struktur komposit dan sistem BRBF. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil yaitu: pelat atap, ruang hunian, cafetaria, gimnasium, dan koridor memiliki ketebalan 11 cm. Dimensi balok induk menggunakan WF 600x300x12x17 direncanakan komposit, dimensi kolom terbesar CFT 800.800.25. Dimensi bracing BRBF CoreBrace BRB dengan luas inti baja 20 in2. Pondasi menggunakan spun pile kedalaman 36 m dengan diameter 100 cm, dimensi kolom pedestal 1,1 x 1,1 m, dimensi pilecap 4,5x4,5x1,8 m, dan dimensi sloof 45x70 cm.

Steel construction also has ductile properties. One of the steel constructions that can be used is the Buckling Restrained Braced Frame (BRBF) system. BRBF is anearthquake-resistant steel frame structure system that has the characteristics of stable seismic behavior,no bending, which allows bracing to absorb large amounts of energy, and results in cost savings for other elements. In addition to the use of the BRBF configuration system, the use of composite structures results in a profile / element design that is more economical, stronger (stronger) and stiffer (stiffer) than non-composite structures. In this final project, the Taman Melati Apartment Building MERR Surabaya, which previously used a 32-story reinforced concrete structure, will be re-modified using a composite structure and a BRBF system that uses a multistory X-bracing configuration. The literature study used in this proposal refers to the SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020, SNI 1729:2020, SNI 2847:2019, SNI 7860:2020, SNI 7972:2020, AISC 341-16, ACI 318-19, textbooks and journals relating to composite structures and BRBF systems. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained are: the roof plate, residential room, cafeteria, gymnasium, and corridor has a thickness of 11 cm. The dimensions of the WF main beam are 600x300x12x17 and acting as a composite beam, the largest column dimension is CFT 800,800.25. Dimensions of bracing BRBF is CoreBrace BRB 20in BoltedLug. The foundation uses a depth of 36 m using a spun pile with a diameter of 100 cm, pedestal column dimensions 1,1x1,1 m, pilecap dimensions 4,5x4,5x1.8 m, and sloof dimensions 40x75 cm.
