Abstract
Gedung Apartemen Alessandro Vittorio merupakan gedung yang berlokasi di Surabaya dan memiliki 28 lantai. Dalam pembangunannya, Gedung Apartemen Alessandro Vittorio masih menggunakan metode konvensional berupa metode cor in situ pada struktur balok, kolom, dan pelatnya. Atas dasar ini penulis merencanakan ulang gedung Apartemen Alessandro Vittorio, dengan menggunakan metode beton pracetak dengan maksud untuk menghasilkan sebuah rancangan baru yang dapat lebih cepat dan efisien dilaksanakan tanpa mengurangi mutu dari rancangan aslinya. Dalam perencanaan ulang gedung Apartemen Alessandro Vittorio, penulis mengubah denah dari Tower A dimana akan dipisah dengan tower yang lain. Namun, sistem gedung yang digunakan tetap sama, yaitu sistem struktur ganda dengan rangka pemikul khusus momen disertai dengan dinding geser beton bertulang. Perencanaan elemen beton pracetak pada tugas akhir ini akan mengacu pada beberapa pedoman perencanaan seperti SNI 2847:2019, ACI 318M-14, PCI Design Handbook, Precast and Prestress Concrete 7th Edition dan lainnya. Elemen beton pracetak akan digunakan pada elemen struktur pelat, balok, dan kolom. Untuk analisa struktur dan desain bangunan, digunakan ETABS 20 dan SpColumn sebagai program bantu. Hasil dari modifikasi Gedung Apartemen Alessandro Vittorio dengan metode pracetak ini meliputi ukuran balok induk 30/45, 35/60, dan 45/70, ukuran balok anak 25/40 dan 30/45, serta ukuran kolom 110/90, 90/70, 80/60, dan 50/50. Modifikasi gedung ini juga menggunakan shear wall serta sambungan antar elemen pracetak menggunakan sambungan basah dan konsol pendek

The Alessandro Vittorio Apartment Building is a building located in Surabaya and has 28 floors. In its construction, the Alessandro Vittorio Apartment Building still uses conventional methods in the form of the cast in situ method on the beam, column and slab structures. On this basis, the authors re-planned the Alessandro Vittorio Apartment building, using the precast concrete method with the aim of producing a new design that can be implemented more quickly and efficiently without reducing the quality of the original design. In re-planning the Alessandro Vittorio Apartment building, the authors changed the floor plan of Tower A which will be separated from the other towers. However, the building system used remains the same, namely a double structural system with special moment-bearing frames accompanied by reinforced concrete shear walls. The planning of precast concrete elements in this final project will refer to several planning guidelines such as SNI 2847:2019, ACI 318M-14, PCI Design Handbook, Precast and Prestress Concrete 7th Edition and others. Precast concrete elements will be used for slab, beam and column structural elements. For structural analysis and building design, ETABS 20 and SpColumn are used as supporting programs. The results of the modification of the Alessandro Vittorio Apartment Building using the precast method include main beam sizes 30/45, 35/60, and 45/70, joist sizes 25/40 and 30/45, and column sizes 110/90, 90/70, 80/60, and 50/50. This building modification also uses shear walls and connections between precast elements using wet joints and short consoles
