Abstract
PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) merupakan penyedia jasa kelistrikan terbesar di Indonesia yang terus berinovasi untuk menghadirkan kemudahan pelayanan bagi pelanggan melalui aplikasi super app New PLN Mobile. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Makale terus melakukan upaya untuk mendukung paradigma bisnis PT PLN dengan cara meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan sebagai agen aplikasi New PLN Mobile. Penelian yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan kesiapan karyawan dalam menggunakan aplikasi New PLN Mobile menggunakan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dan Technology Readinesss Index (TRI) serta menganalisis kesiapan karyawan sebagai agen New PLN Mobile. Dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh, sebanyak 54 karyawan mengisi kuesioner yang merepresentasikan variabel dari UTAUT dan aspek contributor TRI. Pengolahan hasil menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) PL dengan bantuan aplikasi SMARTPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu performance expectancy, effort expectancy, behavioral intention, facilitating condition, use behavior dan optimism dapat dikatakan kesiapan sebagai agen aplikasi cenderung rendah karena tidak adanya faktor penunjang seperti guide atau target kinerja terkait pemasaran aplikasi sehingga perlu adanya faktor firm’s support dan firm’s mandatory untuk meningkatkan kesiapan sebagai agen aplikasi.

PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) is the biggest electricity provider company in Indonesia. PT PLN launched a super app called New PLN Mobile to give easiness for customer. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Makale continually support business paradigm of PT PLN by increasing employees’ readiness as agent of New PLN Mobile application. Objectives of this study are identify the factors that influence acceptance and employees’ readiness of New PLN Mobile application usage using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Of Technology (UTAUT) model and Technology Readiness Index (TRI) in order to analyze employees’ readiness as agent of New PLN Mobile. Using saturation sampling technique, 54 employees completed questionnaire that represent UTAUT variables and contributor aspects of TRI. Analysis of this study was done using Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) PL by SMARTPLS application. The result of this study based on factors that influence are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, behavioral intention, facilitating condition, use behavior and optimism, also can be concluded that employees’ readiness as application agent is low because none of support factor for instance guide or target about application marketing so that need firm’s support and firm’s mandatory factor for increasing employees’ readiness as application agent.
