Abstract
PLN Unit Induk Wilayah Maluku dan Maluku Utara juga sebagai motor penggerak di bidang ketenagalistrikan di Provinsi Maluku dan Provinsi Maluku Utara dengan total area seluas 852.735 km2 yang berbentuk kepulauan memiliki teknologi SCADA dalam membantu kehandalan listriknya. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) merupakan perangkat lunak untuk mengontrol dan memonitor status peralatan pemutus jaringan, baik sistem tegangan tinggi maupun menengah. Melihat kompleksnya risiko yang dihadapi perusahaan maka meningkat juga kebutuhan terkait praktik tata kelola yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh ukuran kapabilitas proses Teknologi Informasi saat ini dengan yang diharapkan serta menyusun rekomendasi guna menyelaraskannya dengan strategi bisnis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan framework COBIT 2019 dan Capability maturity model integration (CMMI). Setelah melakukan gap analysis 10 sub domain/proses yang terdiri dari EDM02, EDM04, APO04, APO06, APO07, APO10, BAI04, BAI05, MEA01, DSS02. Pada sub domain dan proses EDM02, APO04, dan DSS02 dengan nilai kesenjangan 2 dan EDM04, APO06, APO07, APO10 dan MEA01 dengan nilai kesenjangan 3 mengindikasikan bahwa pengelolaan Teknologi Informasi pada domain dan proses teknologi informasi yang diidentifikasi dinyatakan sangat tidak baik/ sangat tidak optimal untuk memenuhi target bisnis perusahaan dan bisa dinyatakan juga belum memiliki atau mengimplementasikan proses penerapan Tata Kelola IT.

PLN Main Unit for Maluku and North Maluku Region is also a driving force in the electricity sector in Maluku Province and North Maluku Province with a total area of 852,735 km2 in the form of an archipelago that has SCADA technology to help its electricity reliability. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is software to control and monitor the status of network breaker equipment, both high and medium voltage systems. Seeing the complexity of the risks faced by the company, the need for good governance practices also increases. This research aims to obtain a measure of the current and expected capabilities of Information Technology processes and develop recommendations to align them with business strategies. This research method uses the COBIT 2019 framework and Capability maturity model integration (CMMI). After conducting gap analysis 10 sub domains / processes consisting of EDM02, EDM04, APO04, APO06, APO07, APO10, BAI04, BAI05, MEA01, DSS02. In the sub domains and processes of EDM02, APO04, and DSS02 with a gap value of 2 and EDM04, APO06, APO07, APO10 and MEA01 with a gap value of 3 indicating that the management of Information Technology in the identified information technology domains and processes is stated to be very poor / very not optimal to meet the company's business targets and it can also be stated that it does not yet have or implement the process of implementing IT Governance.
