Abstract

Kualitas penting bagi kemajuan teknologi saat ini, tingginya kualitas produk maupun layanan menjadi faktor yang dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan keuntungan. Metode Taguchi menjadi pendekatan yang banyak disukai karena hasil optimasi yang konsisten serta pengurangan waktu dan biaya penelitian. Terdapat kelemahan metode Taguchi yaitu tidak dapat diterapkan pada data multirespon. Metode DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) dapat menyelesaikan masalah multirespon dengan perhitungan sederhana dan efektifitas baik. Penggabungan metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) dapat melengkapi orientasi subyektif pada analisis dengan mendukung penentuan respon optimal. Subyektivitas dan vagueness dapat diatasi dengan bilangan fuzzy. Fuzzy AHP mampu mendapatkan bobot kriteria antar respon, sedangkan model DEA mampu mengatasi permasalahan multi pengukuran dan permasalahan antar percobaan. Optimasi multirespon dengan metode Taguchi telah banyak diteliti, tetapi belum terdapat penelitian pada optimasi multirespon metode Taguchi menggunakan gabungan antara fuzzy AHP dengan DEA. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode tersebut dalam menganalisis respon kualitas air. PDAM Surya Sembada merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengolahan air bersih dan juga bertugas untuk mendistribusikan ke pelanggan. Kombinasi FAHP dengan DEA model AR-CCR (Assurance Region-Charnes, Cooper and Rhodes) menunjukkan efektif digunakan pada optimasi multirespon metode Taguchi, dengan memberikan sebaran bobot merata (menghilangkan bobot nol dalam metode DEA CCR) dan mempertimbangkan expert judgement. Penerapan hasil metode Taguchi multirespon melalui pendekatan kombinasi fuzzy AHP dengan DEA pada penelitian ini optimal dengan dosis Koagulan 125 ppm dan dosis Flokulan 0,04 ppm. Selain itu, faktor yang berpengaruh pada kualitas Kekeruhan, pH, dan Zat Organik secara signifikan untuk penelitian ini hanya dosis Koagulan

Quality is important for technological advancements, high quality products and services are factors to increase market share and profits. The Taguchi method is preferred approach that consistent optimization results and reduced research time and costs. There is a weakness in Taguchi method, cannot be applied to multiresponses. The DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method can solve multiresponse problems with simple calculations and good effectiveness. The incorporation of the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method can complement the subjective orientation of the analysis by supporting the determination of the optimal response. Subjectivity and vagueness can be overcome with fuzzy numbers. Fuzzy AHP is able to get the weight of the criteria between responses, while the DEA model is able to solve multi-measurement problems and problems between experiments. Multirespon optimization with the Taguchi method has been widely studied, but there is no research on multiresponse optimization with Taguchi method using a combination of fuzzy AHP and DEA.This research applies this method in analyzing water quality response. PDAM Surya Sembada is a clean water treatment company and distribute it to customers. The combination of FAHP with DEA model AR-CCR (Assurance Region-Charnes, Cooper, and Rhodes) has shown to be effective for use in multiresponse optimization of the Taguchi method, by providing an even distribution of weights (eliminating zero weights in the DEA CCR method) and consider expert judgment. The application of the results multiresponse Taguchi method through the AHP fuzzy combination approach with DEA in this study was optimal with a Coagulant dose of 125 ppm and a Flocculant dose of 0.04 ppm. In addition, the factors that significantly affect the quality of Turbidity, pH, and Organic Matter for this study are only Coagulant doses
