Abstract

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam semua bidang industri. International Labor Organization (ILO) mencatat bahwa ada 2,78 jiwa di seluruh dunia meninggal akibat kecelakaan kerja dan Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia (BPS) mencatat pada tahun 2018 hingga 2020 terjadi peningkatan kasus kecelakaan kerja. PT. Seger Agro Nusantra (SAN) yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 2006 di kabupaten Sumbawa, merupakan perusahaan yang mengumpulkan aneka komuditas agricultural, dimana PT. Segar Agro Nusantara telah terintegrasi dengan perusahaan–perusahaan lain untuk memasok bahan baku seperti jagung, beras, kedelai dan kacang mede namun untuk cabang yang ada di kabupaten Sumbawa hanya mengolah jagung dan padi. Dalam proses pengolahan terdepat beberapa potensi hazard yang terjadi pada pekerja yang perlu di analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang terjadi dan mitigasi risiko. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Job safety analisys dan house of risk. Hasil dari penelitian ini di ketahui terdapat 22 aktifitas kerja dan 14 risiko kerja yang terjadi pada 3 divisi yang PT. Seger Agro Nusantara. Dari aktifitas kerja dan risiko kerja yang didapatkkan kemudian dimasukkan ke table HOR model 1 untuk diberi penilaian terhadap korelasi antara risiko kerja dan aktifitas kerja yang dilakukan. Dari HOR 1 ini didapatkan nilai ARP tertinggi yaitu aktifitas menurunkan jagung dari truk dengan nilai ARP 84, dan untuk ranking ke 2 yaitu aktifitas memasukkan skam kedalam tungku dengan nilai ARP 76. Kemudian nilai ARP ini akan dimasukkan ke HOR model 2 untuk mencari aksi mitigasi yang sangat perlu dilakukan sehingga di dapatkan nilai tertinggi PA8 sebagai ranking 1 yaitu memberikan penerangan yang cukup dengan nilai ETDk sebanyak 268 dikarenakan penerangan ini perlu di gunakan dibeberapa proses pengovenan. ================================================================================================================================
Occupational health and safety is an important factor in all industrial fields. The International Labor Organization (ILO) notes that 2.78 people worldwide die as a result of work accidents and the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) records that from 2018 to 2020 there has been an increase in work accident cases. PT. Seger Agro Nusantra (SAN), which has been established since 2006 in Sumbawa district, is a company that collects various agricultural commodities, where PT. Segar Agro Nusantara has been integrated with other companies to supply raw materials such as corn, rice, soybeans and cashew nuts, but the branch in Sumbawa district only processes corn and rice. In the processing process there are several potential hazards that occur in workers that need to be analyzed. This study aims to analyze risk factors to determine risk factors that occur and risk mitigation. In this study, Job safety analysis and house of risk methods will be used. The results of this study show that there are 22 work activities and 14 work risks that occur in the 3 divisions of PT. Seger Agro Nusantara. The obtained work activities and work risks are then entered into the HOR model 1 table to be given an assessment of the correlation between work risk and work activities carried out. From HOR 1, the highest ARP value was obtained, namely the activity of unloading corn from trucks with an ARP value of 84, and for the 2nd ranking, the activity of putting husks into the furnace with an ARP value of 76. Then this ARP value will be entered into HOR model 2 to look for appropriate mitigation actions. it really needs to be done so that the highest PA8 score is obtained as ranking 1, namely providing sufficient lighting with an ETDk value of 268 because this lighting needs to be used in several baking processes.
