Abstract

Perkembangan armada truk tiap tahunnya mendorong sistem keselamatan khususnya di pelabuhan diperlukan untuk menunjang perkembangan armada truk angkut muatan barang tiap tahunnya. Tujuan tersebut adalah sebagai pengurangan resiko kecelakaan dan pendataan arus masuk dan pelanggaran pada truk yang mengangkut muatan berlebihan yang dapat sebagai truk ODOL (Over Dimension and Over Loading). Peningkatan arus kunjungan kendaraan jenis truk juga mengalami kepadatan khususnya pada hari besar. Kondisi pelabuhan juga memerlukan peningkatan dalam sistem keselamatan khususnya monitoring sebagai penunjang pendataan arus masuk dan spesifikasi kendaraan. Loketing yang bertugas sebagai pencatatan pemesanan dan data diri penumpang saat ini masih di operasikan oleh petugas sehingga apabila arus kunjungan naik maka sering memakan waktu lama dalam pencetakan tiket dan juga kesalahan dalam penulisan data muatan. Analisis yang dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang pencatatan arus masuk maupun pelanggaran pada kendaraan ini dapat menggunakan Microsoft Access sebagai sarana dan juga diperlukannya pemilihan pengembangan sistem monitoring dengan memperhatikan kelebihan dari masing-masing komponen. Pemilihan komponen juga di dasari dari perhitungan analisis biaya manfaat sebagai penunjang investasi perusahaan pengadaan sistem monitoring di jembatan timbang khususnya pada wilayah produktivitas tinggi.

The development of the truck fleet every year encourages a safety system, especially at ports, which is needed to support the development of a fleet of trucks transporting goods every year. The aim is to reduce the risk of accidents and to collect data on inflows and violations on trucks carrying excessive loads which can be used as ODOL (Over Dimension and Over Loading) trucks. The increase in the flow of visits by truck-type vehicles has also experienced density, especially on holidays. The condition of the port also requires improvement in the safety system, especially monitoring as a support for data collection on inflows and vehicle specifications. Counters that are tasked with recording orders and personal data of passengers are currently still being operated by officers so that when the flow of visits increases it often takes a long time to print tickets and errors in writing loading data. Analysis that can be used as a support for recording inflows and violations on these vehicles can use Microsoft Access as a tool and the need for selecting the development of a monitoring system by taking into account the advantages of each component. The selection of components is also based on the calculation of benefit cost analysis as a support for investment companies procuring monitoring systems at weighbridges, especially in areas of high productivity.
