Abstract

Nanopartikel tembaga-tanat dapat disintesis menggunakan prekursor berupa plat tembaga dengan asam tanat sebagai agen pereduksi sekaligus agen penstabil pada pH tertentu. Plat tembaga dilarutkan dalam asam nitrat dan ditambahkan asam tanat dengan perbandingan 1:1 dan 1:2, serta diatur pH dari 4 hingga 8, setelah 4 jam diperoleh nanopartikel tembaga-tanat. Evaluasi hasil nanopartikel tembaga-tanat dengan spektrofotometer UV-Vis, spektrofotometer FTIR, PSA, dan pengukur zeta. Pembentukkan nanopartikel tembaga-tanat terjadi pada rasio tembaga-tanat 1:2 dan pH 6 dapat terbentuk nanopartikel berukuran 77,03 nm dengan kestabilan mulai dari 4 jam hingga 2 bulan.

Copper-tannic nanoparticles can be synthesized using copper plate as a precursor with tannic acid as a reducing agent as well as a stabilizing agent at certain pH. The copper plate was dissolved in nitric acid and tannic acid was added in ratio of 1:1 and 1:2, pH from 4 to 8, after 4 hours copper-tannic nanoparticles are obtained. Evaluation of the results of copper-tannic nanoparticles with UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR spectrophotometer, PSA, and zeta sizer, that the formation of copper-tannic nanoparticles occur at a copper-tannic ratio of 1:2 and pH 6 can form nanoparticles with size 77,03 nm and can stable from 4 hours to 2 months.
