Abstract

Proyek kawasan pergudangan, sebagai salah satu proyek yang sedang berjalan di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, membutuhkan perencanaan sistem drainase yang dapat mengalirkan limpasan air hujan menuju pembuangan akhir (outlet) sebaik mungkin. Hal tersebut perlu memerhatikan perubahan tata guna lahan agar tidak terjadi penambahan debit. Lokasi kawasan yang berdekatan dengan Sungai Kedung Pelur membuat dibutuhkannya juga peninjauan terkait kebutuhan fasilitas penunjang sistem drainase untuk sebagai antisipasi terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya fenomena backwater. Maka dari dibutuhkan perencaan sistem drainase yang dapat memastikan tidak terjadinya penambahan debit, peninjauan fasilitas penunjang sistem drainase, serta perencanaan kolam tampung jika dibutuhkan. Studi lapangan dan studi literatur dilakukan terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan kesuaian masalah dengan kondisi di lapangan serta mencari teori – teori yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan. Hasil studi lapangan dan literatur dilanjut dengan pengambilan data, yaitu data curah hujan, debit kawasan sebelum terjadinya pembangunan, peta topografi, serta layout rencana kawasan. Data curah hujan menjadi dasar dalam melakukan analisis hujan rata – rata, penentuan periode ulang, analisis frekuensi hujan, dan uji kecocokan distribusi. Sedangkan data peta topografi dan layout kawasan digunakan sebagai dasar dalam melakukan perencanaan jaringan drainase & pembagian catchment area serta perhitungan koefisien pengaliran dan intensitas hujan. Analisis selanjutnya adalah analisis debit rencana dengan mempertimbangkan debit kawasan sebelum terjadinya pembangunan. Lalu dilakukan analisis muka air banjir Sungai Kedung Pelur dan Perencanaan dimensi saluran serta analis tinggi muka air saluran untuk menjadi dasar dalam melakukan peninjauan kebutuhan fasilitas penunjang sistem drainase. Jika dari hasil peninjauan dibutuhkan adanya fasilitas penunjang maka dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan kolam tampung, namun jika ternyata tidak dibutuhkan maka dapat langsung dilanjutkan menuju kesimpulan dan saran penelitian. Hasil perencanaan yang didapat berupa kawasan pergudangan memerlukan 20 tipe saluran U-Ditch dan 2 kolam tampung. Masing-masing kolam tampung memiliki pompa dan pintu air sebagai alat bantu dalam mengalirkan limpasan yang memasuki kolam tampung menuju sungai yang menjadi titik outlet.

The warehousing area project, as one of the ongoing projects in Sidoarjo Regency, requires planning a drainage system that can channel runoff rainwater to the final disposal (outlet) as well as possible. It is necessary to pay attention to changes in land use so that there is no additional discharge. The location of the area adjacent to the Kedung Pelur River makes a review of the need for supporting facilities for the drainage system to anticipate the possibility of backwater phenomena. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a drainage system that can ensure that there is no additional discharge, a review of the drainage system supporting facilities, and the planning of a holding pond if needed. Field studies and literature studies are carried out first to ensure the suitability of the problem with conditions in the field and look for theories that can be used to solve problems. The results of field studies and literature are followed by data collection, namely rainfall data, area discharge prior to development, topographic maps, and layout of the area plan. Rainfall data is the basis for analyzing the average rainfall, determining the return period, analyzing the frequency of rain, and testing the distribution suitability. Meanwhile, topographic map data and area layout are used as the basis for planning drainage network & catchment area distribution as well as calculating drainage coefficient and rainfall intensity. The next analysis is an analysis of the planned discharge by considering the area discharge before the development occurs. Then carried out an analysis of the flood water level of the Kedung Pelur River and planning the dimensions of the channel as well as analyzing the water level of the channel to become the basis for reviewing the needs for supporting facilities for the drainage system. If from the results of the review it is necessary to have supporting facilities, then proceed with the planning of the reservoir, but if it is not needed then it can be continued directly to conclusions and research suggestions. The planning results obtained in the form of warehousing areas require 20 types of U-Ditch channels and 2 reservoirs. Each reservoir has a pump and a floodgate as a tool in flowing runoff that enters the reservoir to the river which is the point of outlet.
