Abstract
Disrupsi operasional dapat berdampak pada perubahan penjadwalan kapal pada perusahaan pelayaran. Ketika terjadi disrupsi operasional, diperlukan beberapa skenario yang perlu dipertimbangkan agar perusahaan pelayaran tetap dapat mengirimkan muatannya dan meminimalisir pengurangan pendapatan akibat disrupsi. Saat ini perusahaan pelayaran di Indonesia umumnya hanya menggunakan spreadsheet dan belum memiliki sebuah program yang dapat merencanakan penjadwalan kapal secara otomatis termasuk pada saat kondisi disrupsi. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses perusahaan pelayaran dalam merencanakan jadwal kapal, menentukan rute, dan pemilihan armada kapal yang dioperasikan saat ini, mengetahui dampak yang diterima pihak perusahaan pelayaran akibat terjadinya disrupsi operasional armada kapal, dan mengembangkan program yang dapat mensimulasikan skenario yang telah ditentukan ketika terjadi disrupsi operasional serta dapat membuat jadwal kapal secara otomatis. Program dikembangkan dengan menggunakan software MATLAB, yang kemudian hasil jadwal yang telah dibuat akan diubah formatnya ke dalam bentuk spreadsheet. Skenario yang dibuat yaitu dengan mengganti rute kapal yang tersedia ke rute kapal yang sedang mengalami disrupsi. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan berdasarkan dengan hasil simulasi yang telah dijalankan oleh program menunjukkan bahwa mengganti rute Kapal 4 (Surabaya – Makassar) menjadi rute Kapal 1 (Surabaya – Balikpapan) dengan presentase muatan terangkut dalam waktu satu tahun adalah 96,55% dengan jumlah 112.710 TEUs, dan presentase pendapatan dalam waktu satu tahun adalah 97,34% dengan total Rp 382.460.400.000,-.

Operational disruption can have an impact on changes in vessel scheduling at shipping companies. When an operational disruption occurs, several scenarios need to be considered so that shipping companies can continue to deliver their cargo and minimize the reduction in revenue due to the disruption. Currently, shipping companies in Indonesia only use spreadsheets and do not yet have a program that can plan vessel schedules automatically, including during disruption conditions. The purpose of this Final Project is to find out how the process of shipping companies is in planning vessel schedules, determining routes, and selecting currently operated vessels, know the impact received by shipping companies due to operational disruptions, and developing programs that can simulate scenarios that have been determined when operational disruptions occur and can make vessel schedules automatically. The program was developed using MATLAB, which then the results of the schedule that has been made will be formatted into a spreadsheet. The scenario created is by changing the available vessel route to the vessel route that is experiencing disruption. The results of the analysis carried out based on the simulation that have been run by the program show that changing the Vessel route 4 (Surabaya – Makassar) to Vessel route 1 (Surabaya – Balikpapan) with the percentage of cargo transported within one year is 96.55% with a total of 112,710 TEUs , and the percentage of income within one year is 97.34% with a total of IDR 382,460,400,000.-.
