Abstract

Terjadinya antrian pada Terminal 3 Domestik PT IPC TPK Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok mengakibatkan truk petikemas harus menunggu untuk dilayani. Dalam antisipasi peningkatan arus barang yang terjadi tiap tahun, perlu adanya fokusan yang perlu dilakukan dari segi infrastruktur/fasilitas di terminal. Terdapat antrian yang berbeda-beda di setiap titik pelayanan di Terminal 3 Domestik PT IPC TPK Pelabuhan Tanjuntg Priok. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode simulasi diskrit. Dalam penerapan simulasi diskrit dibantu dengan software simulasi yang bernama Arena. Pada Terminal 3 Domestik PT IPC TPK terdapat 2 jenis truk eksternal, yaitu receiving dan delivery. Waktu perjalanan truk receiving dan delivery di dalam terminal sekitar 30-50 detik. Untuk jarak waktu Pelayanan RTG sekitar 1-3 menit dan RS sekitar 45-90 detik. Dengan diakukan penerapan model simulasi diskrit, didapatkan rata-rata waktu tunggu di setiap lapangan penumpukan. Rata-rata waktu tunggu yang mengalami antrian truk terlama yaitu pada Blok Lapangan Penumpukan 3C, dengan rata-rata waktu tunggu selama 84,03 menit. Hasil skenario didapatkan, rata-rata waktu tunggu menjadi menjadi 2,69 menit. Maka dengan hasil skenario tersebut, skenario dengan pertambahan 1 unit RS adalah skenario yang terbaik atau optimal untuk Blok Lapangan Penumpukan 3C. Rata-rata waktu tunggu menjadi 2,69 menit. Pengurangan total biaya BBM sebesar 5,24 juta-rp /hari, dan blok lapangan penumpukan 3C dapat menangani truk sebanyak 32 truk, lebih banyak daripada kondisi saat ini

The queue at PT IPC TPK Domestic Terminal 3 at Tanjung Priok Port resulted in container trucks having to wait to be served. In anticipation of an increase in the flow of goods that occurs every year, it is necessary to focus on infrastructure/facilities at the terminal. There are different queues at each service point at Terminal 3 Domestic PT IPC TPK Tanjung Priok Port. The method used in this study is the discrete simulation method. The application of discrete simulation is assisted by a simulation software called Arena. At PT IPC TPK Domestic Terminal 3 there are 2 types of external trucks, namely receiving and delivery. The travel time for receiving and delivery trucks at the terminal is around 30-50 seconds. The RTG service interval is around 1-3 minutes and the RS is around 45-90 seconds. By applying the discrete simulation model, the average waiting time for each stacking yard is obtained. The average waiting time for the longest queue of trucks was in the 3C Stacking Field Block, with an average waiting time of 84.03 minutes. The scenario results obtained, the average waiting time becomes 2.69 minutes. So with the results of these scenarios, the scenario with the addition of 1 RS unit is the best or optimal scenario for the 3C Stacking Field Block. The average waiting time is 2.69 minutes. Reducing the total cost of fuel by 5.24 million-rp/day, and the 3C stacking field block can handle 32 trucks, more than the current conditions
