Abstract

Kesetaraan hak untuk kalangan disabilitas telah kini mendapat perhatian lebih dari pemerintah dan instansi-instansi, untuk mendukung produktifitas dari kalangan disabilitas banyak instansi menyiapkan sarana-sarana penunjangnya termasuk sarana mobilitas yang menjadi faktor krusial bagi disabilitas. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh beberapa instansi seperti Grab dan Toyota yang menyediakan fasilitas untuk kalangan disabilitas saat melakukan mobilitas, namun kendaraan yang digunakan dinilai masih kurang mumpuni untuk disabilitas sehingga supirnya harus membantu penderita saat menaiki dan menuruni mobil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain mobil yang ramah disabilitas saat menaiki dan menuruni kendaraan sehingga memudahkan saat mengakses kendaraan dan dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas kalangan disabilitas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan in depth interview ke desainer mobil dan penderita disabilitas tuna daksa. Nantinya rancangan transportasi ini menciptakan sebuah desain yang dapat membantu disabilitas saat mengakses kendaraan dimana tersedia kursi roda yang terintegrasi dengan mobil sehingga dapat memudahkan kalangan disabilitas saat akan menaiki mobil dan meningkatkan produktivitas dari kalangan disabilitas dengan menyesuaikan trend otomotif.

Equality of rights for people with disabilities has now received more attention from the government and agencies, to support the productivity of people with disabilities, many agencies have prepared to support facilities including mobility facilities which are crucial factors for disability. As has been done by several agencies such as Grab and Toyota which provide facilities for people with disabilities when carrying out mobility, but the vehicles used are still not qualified for disabilities so the driver must help the sufferer when getting on and off the car. This study aims to design a car that is disabled-friendly when boarding and descending a vehicle so that it is easier to access vehicles and can help increase the productivity of people with disabilities.. This research method uses in-depth interviews with car designers and people with physical disabilities. Later this transportation design creates a design that can help people with disabilities when accessing vehicles where there is a wheelchair that is integrated with the car so that it can make it easier for people with disabilities to get in a car and increase the productivity of people with disabilities by adjusting the automotive trend.
