Abstract

Rehabilitasi gaya berjalan yang dilakukan penderita hemiplegia perlu bantuan alat seperti Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) yang digunakan pada lower limb untuk membantu prosesnya. Namun, untuk melakukan rehabilitasi, pasien diharuskan untuk datang ke pusat rehabilitasi dimana fasilitas untuk membantu prosesnya masih belum tersebar ke semua daerah di Indonesia. Sehingga aspek keterbatasan dalam akses geografis bagi beberapa pasien cukup tinggi menjadi salah satu kendala. Selain itu, saat ini juga masih kurang dalam pencatatan data hasil rehabilitasi yang dilakukan secara digital sehingga menyusahkan dokter atau terapis untuk melihat progres kemajuan latihan. Maka, untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang ada, diusulkan suatu sistem telerehabilitasi lower limb berbasis aplikasi website untuk membantu pasien dan dokter atau terapis dalam melakukan rehabilitasi. Sistem telerehabilitasi ini berfokuskan pada lower limb yang menggunakan FES dengan adanya fitur penyajian data dalam bentuk grafik dan penyimpanan data hasil latihan ke dalam suatu manajemen database untuk memudahkan dokter atau terapis dalam memantau progres kemajuan telerehabilitasi bagi setiap pasien. Dengan adanya sistem telerehabilitasi ini pasien dapat mengakses data hasil latihannya secara efektif dari mana saja selama terhubung internet. Lalu untuk dokter atau terapis juga dapat mengakses data hasil latihan milik pasien yang ditanganinya masing-masing. Hasil data keluaran dari perangkat telerehabilitasi yang berupa FES akan ditampilkan pada aplikasi website dalam bentuk grafik ADC sensor, segment joint angle dan waktu stimulasi. Selain itu, aplikasi website yang dirancang juga telah melakukan pengujian user acceptance testing dengan metode penilaian system usability scale kepada 25 subjek dan diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 69 untuk nilai fungsionalitasnya. Lalu untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan pada sisi komunikasi data perangkat dengan aplikasi website tanpa perlu bantuan aplikasi eksternal serta dapat dilakukan secara real-time.

Gait rehabilitation performed by hemiplegic sufferers needs the help of tools such as Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) which is used on the lower limb to help the process. However, to carry out rehabilitation, patients are required to come to a rehabilitation center where facilities to assist the process are still not spread to all regions in Indonesia. So that the aspect of limitations in geographical access for some patients is high enough to be one of the obstacles. Apart from that, at present there is still a lack of data recording of rehabilitation results which is done digitally, making it difficult for doctors or therapists to see the progress of training. So, to overcome various existing problems, a website application-based for lower limb telerehabilitation system is proposed to assist patients and doctors or therapists in carrying out rehabilitation. This telerehabilitation system focuses on the lower limb that uses FES with the feature of presenting data in graphic form and storing exercise results data into a management database to make it easier for doctors or therapists to monitor the progress of telerehabilitation for each patient. With this telerehabilitation system, patients can access data on their exercise results effectively from anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet. Then doctors or therapists can also access data on the results of the exercises belonging to the patients they handle respectively. The results of the output data from the telerehabilitation device in the form of FES will be displayed on the website application in the form of a graph of the ADC sensor, segment joint angle and stimulation time. In addition, the designed website application has also carried out user acceptance testing with the system usability scale assessment method for 25 subjects and obtained an average value of 69 for its functionality value. Then for further research it is hoped that it can develop on the communication side of device data with website applications without the need for external application assistance and can be done in real-time.
