Abstract
Kemajuan teknologi dapat mendukung perkembangan berbagai bidang, salah satunya dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia tak terkecuali permasalahan dysfunctional voluntary turnover. Dibutuhkan suatu penelitian untuk graf bipartit sebagai teori yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam permasalahan tersebut bisa membantu perusahaan dalam mendeteksi penyebab utama pekerja mengundurkan diri. Metode embedding juga diterapkan untuk mereduksi kompleksitas relasi antar atribut dengan adanya perwakilan atau representasi node terhadap node tetangganya. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini telah dikerjakan proses pembuatan graf bipartit antara atribut peran pekerjaan, gender, kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan, keterlibatan terhadap pekerjaan, kepuasan terhadap hubungan dengan kolega, masa kerja, dan usia. Dilanjutkan dengan proses graf embedding yang kemudian dapat memunculkan visualisasi graf untuk menyajikan mana pekerja yang bertahan di perusahaan, maupun yang melakukan voluntary turnover melalui relasi yang terbentuk antar atribut. Hasil implementasi metode dan analisis terhadap visualisasi graf menunjukkan atribut dan variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan voluntary turnover pada pekerja adalah peran pekerjaan, keterlibatan terhadap pekerjaan, dan kepuasan terhadap hubungan dengan kolega.

The advancement of technology can support the development in various fields, including human resource management, specifically addressing the issue of dysfunctional voluntary turnover. Research is needed to implement a bipartite graph theory to help companies detect the main reason of employee turnover. Embedding method is also applied to reduce the complexity of the relationship between attributes by representing the node against its neighbors. In this final project, a bipartite graph was created between job role, gender, job satisfaction, job involvement, satisfaction with colleague relationships and years of service, and age attributes. The graph embedding process was then performed, which produced a graph visualization that presents which employees stayed in the company and which ones quit through the relationships formed between the attributes. The implementation of the method and analysis of the graph visualization showed that job role, job involvement, and satisfaction with colleague relationships are the attributes and variables that have an impact on the decision of employees voluntary turnover.
