Abstract

Belt konveyor adalah pesawat pengangkut yang digunakan untuk memindahkan dalam bentuk satuan ataupun tumpuhan dengan arah horizontal atau membentuk sudut dakian dari satu sistem lainnya dalam suatu lini proses produksi yang menggunakan sabuk sebagai penghantar muatannya. Tujuan pada laporan kerja praktik ini untuk menganalisa penyebab kegagalan yang terjadi pada konveyor finish produk di area filling lithos di PT. Pertamina Lubricants PUG dan mencari solusinya. Dengan memeriksa data corrective maintenance dan preventive maintenance yang didapat, pada konveyor finish produk sering terjadi kegagalan pada roller idler dan dari kegagalan tersebut dapat menghambat proses penyimpanan. Sehingga dilakukan penyesuaian pada roller idler tersebut dan untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan lagi disarankan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan berkala roller idler pada konveyor finish produk dalam jangka waktu satu bulan.

Conveyor belt is a transport aircraft that is used to move in the form of units or spills in a horizontal direction or form an angle of the climb from one operating system to another in a production process line that uses a belt as a carrier of its load. The purpose of this practical work report is to analyze the causes of failures that occur on the product finish conveyor in the lithos filling area at PT. Pertamina Lubricants PUG and looking for a solution. By examining the corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance data obtained, the product finish conveyors often fail on the idler rollers and these failures can hinder the storage process. So that adjustments are made to the roller idler and to prevent another failure, it is recommended to carry out periodic inspections of the roller idler on the product finish conveyor within a period of one month.
