Abstract

Kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi dapat ditingkatkan jika kita bisa mengidentifikasi faktor –faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi. menganalisis faktor –faktor tersebut sehingga kita dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh budaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi pada PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero)Tbk yang bertempat di Kantor WIKA Proyek Tol Cisumdawu Phase 2 Sumedang Regency, Jawa Barat. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dan beberapa observasi serta wawancara langsung dengan tim kontraktor, tenaga kerja, konsultan pengawas, dan tim K3 yang bekerja pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang sedang berlangsung pada PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Sumedang, Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis.Dari 6 hipotesis yang ada (variabel komitmen top management, peraturan dan prosedur K3, komunikasi pekerja, kompetensi pekerja, lingkungan kerja dan keterlibatan pekerja), variabel yang tidak memengaruhi faktor K3 terhadap Kinerja pekerja adalah Komitmen Top Management Variabel komitmen top management, peraturan dan prosedur K3, komunikasi pekerja, kompetensi pekerja, lingkungan kerja dan keterlibatan pekerja mampu menjelaskan variabel kinerja pekerja sebesar 87,1% dan sisanya 12,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini seperti metode dan teknologi, manajemen waktu, manajemen lapangan, faktor manusia seperti tingkat upah pekerja, kepuasan kerja, insentif dan lain-lain.

The performance of construction project workers can be improved if we can identify the factors that influence the increase in the performance of construction project workers. analyze these factors so that we can find out how much influence they have on the performance of construction project workers. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of occupational safety and health culture on the performance of construction project workers at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk which is located at the WIKA Office of the Cisumdawu Phase 2 Toll Road Project, Sumedang Regency, West Java. The data used in the study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with the contractor team, labor, supervisory consultants, and the K3 team working for the ongoing construction service company at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Sumedang, West Java. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using hypothesis testing. Of the 6 existing hypotheses (variables of top management commitment, K3 regulations and procedures, worker communication, worker competence, work environment and employee involvement), variables that do not affect K3 factors on performance employees is a Top Management Commitment The variables of top management commitment, K3 rules and procedures, worker communication, worker competency, work environment and employee involvement can explain 87.1% of worker performance variables and the remaining 12.9% is explained by other factors not examined in this study such as methods and technology, time management, field management, human factors such as wage rates, job satisfaction, incentives and others.
