Abstract

Pantai warna Oesapa atau yang lebih dikenal dengan pantai warna oleh masyarakat Kota Kupang. Berdasarkan rencana induk pariwisata (RIPAR) Kota Kupang, Pantai warna Oesapa ini termasuk dalam kawasan strategis pariwisata kota (KSPK) Kelapa Lima yang terletak di Kecamatan Kelapa Lima. Kawasan strategis pariwisata kota merupakan kawasan yang memiliki fungsi atau berpotensi untuk kegiatan wisata dan mempunyai pengaruh pada aspek lain seperti perekonomian ataupun aspek sosial pada masyarakat. Walaupun telah mengalami perkembangan, namun masih ada beberapa hal yang menjadi masalah pada lokasi wisata pantai warna Oesapa, beberapa masalah tersebut antara lain berupa masalah yang bersumber dari lingkungan alam seperti gelombang tinggi dan angin yang menyebabkan kerusakan, masalah persampahan dan juga masalah toilet bagi pengunjung. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja atau pelayanan dari fasilitas wisata yang sesuai dengan lokasi wisata pantai warna Oesapa dengan merumuskan kriteria-kriteria fasilitas dan pelayanan wisata menggunakan metode theoretical descriptive. Analisis ini adalah analisis deskriptif di mana variabel-variabel yang telah didapatkan dari berbagai literatur, teori-teori, dan standar atau pedoman. Analisa selanjutnya untuk mengetahui kinerja fasilitas dan pelayanan wisata di pantai warna Oesapa adalah dengan menggunakan analisis Skala Likert untuk mengetahui nilai tingkat kepentingan dan nilai tingkat kinerja fasilitas wisata pada lokasi wisata pantai warna Oesapa. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil berupa fasilitas yang sesuai dengan lokasi wisata pantai warna Oesapa yaitu homestay, perkemahan, restoran, kafe, warung, toilet, toko cenderamata, pos keamanan, tempat parkir, tempat sampah, jaringan drainase, jaringan air bersih. Dan dari hasil analisa Skala Likert diketahui bahwa fasilitas yang bekerja baik adalah kafe dan tempat parkir. Fasilitas yang dinilai cukup adalah restoran, warung, toko cenderamata dan tempat sampah. Fasilitas yang dinilai tidak memadai adalah jaringan air bersih, jaringan drainase, toilet dan pos keamanan.

Oesapa warna beach or better known as warna beach by the people of Kupang City. Based on the tourism master plan (RIPAR) for Kupang City, the Oesapa warna beach is included in the Kelapa Lima city tourism strategic area (KSPK), which is located in Kelapa Lima District. Strategic urban tourism areas are areas that have a function or potential for tourism activities and have an influence on other aspects such as the economy or social aspects of society. Even though it has experienced development, there are still several things that are a problem at the warna Oesapa beach tourist location, some of these problems include problems originating from the natural environment such as high waves and wind which cause damage, garbage problems and also toilet problems for visitors. In this study the aim was to determine the performance or services of tourist facilities that are in accordance with the tourist location of the Oesapa warna beach by formulating the criteria for tourism facilities and services using a theoretical descriptive method. This analysis is a descriptive analysis where the variables have been obtained from various literature, theories, and standards or guidelines. The next analysis to find out the performance of tourist facilities and services on the Oesapa warna beach is to use a Likert Scale analysis to determine the value of the importance level and the value of the level of performance of tourist facilities at the Oesapa warna beach tourist location. From this study, the results obtained were facilities that were in accordance with the tourist location of the Oesapa warna beach, namely homestays, campsites, restaurants, cafes, stalls, toilets, souvenir shops, security posts, parking lots, trash cans, drainage networks, clean water networks. And from the results of the Likert Scale analysis, it is known that the facilities that work well are cafes and parking lots. Facilities that are considered adequate are restaurants, stalls, souvenir shops and trash cans. The facilities considered inadequate are clean water networks, drainage networks, toilets, and security posts.
