Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan, kebutuhan bahan baku atau komponen lain yang dipasok oleh supplier menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam proses produksi. Namun, pemilihan supplier yang tidak tepat akan meyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan seperti; kualitas barang yang tidak sesuai, keterlambatan datangnya barang, dan pelayanan yang buruk. Adapun kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani pengelolaan limbah yang juga kerap memaksa perusahaan untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan kebijakan tersebut. Salah satu perusahaan yang sedang menghadapi permasalahan tersebut adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur pembuatan sarung tangan golf. Guna merespon kepedulian masyarakat terhadap isu dampak lingkungan dan kebijakan pemerintah, perusahaan perlu mengubah sistem produksi kearah yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan konsep Green Procurement (GP) yang mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan ke dalam proses bisnis, serta menilai supplier berdasarkan kriteria dan sub-kriteria perusahaan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai untuk kriteria lingkungan sebesar 0,2505, kriteria finansial sebesar 0,2502, kriteria kualitas sebesar 0,2499, dan kriteria pelayanan sebesar 0,2494. Rekomendasi alternatif supplier untuk bahan baku kulit kambing adalah PT B dengan nilai 0,312,untuk bahan baku kain cotton lycra adalah PT L dengan nilai 0,333, dan untuk bahan baku benang filament polyester adalah PT P dengan nilai 0,323.

Goods supplied by the supplier play the significant role towards the manufacturing process in the business. However, firms have increasingly encountered issues with supply chain distribution, namely supplier distribution. For instance, quality that falls short of expectations, delay problems, and bad service. Nowadays, the Indonesian government's policies in handling waste management also often force companies to adapt to these policies. One of the companies that are facing these problems is a company engaged in the manufacturing of golf gloves. In order to respond to public concern about environmental impact issues and government policies, the company needs to change the production system towards a more environmentally friendly direction. This research will use the concept of Green Procurement (GP) which integrates environmental aspects into business processes, and assess suppliers based on company criteria and sub-criteria using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. The results showed that the value for environmental criteria was 0.2505, financial criteria was 0.2502, quality criteria was 0.2499, and service criteria was 0.2494. Alternative supplier recommendations for goatskin raw materials are PT B with a value of 0.312, for cotton lycra fabric raw materials are PT L with a value of 0.333, and for polyester filament yarn raw materials are PT P with a value of 0.323.
