Abstract

Berdasarkan Kajian Risiko Bencana Kabupaten Blitar 2018-2022, wilayah Blitar memiliki sepuluh ancaman dengan tingkat risiko yang rata-rata tinggi di setiap wilayah salah satunya adalah bencana tanah longsor. Pada tahun 2021 di Bulan September telah terjadi longsor di Desa Semen, Kecamatan Gandusari yang berdampak pada kerusakan rumah warga. Kemudian pada Bulan November terjadi longsor di Kecamatan Doko dan Kecamatan Wlingi sehingga mengakibatkan kerusakan rumah warga, sarana ibadah serta terputusnya akses jalan. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya analisis lanjutan terkait bencana longsor. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis daerah rawan longsor di Kabupaten Blitar menggunakan metode weighted overlay berdasarkan skoring dan pembobotan berbasis sistem informasi geografis. Parameter yang digunakan yaitu, kemiringan lereng, curah hujan, jenis tanah, jenis batuan dan tutupan lahan. Setiap parameter akan diberikan skor dan bobot sesuai dengan ketentuan. Hasil akhir pada penelitian ini adalah peta daerah rawan longsor di Kabupaten Blitar yang terbagi menjadi tiga kelas kerawanan, yaitu kelas kerawanan rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Hasil dari analisis ini yaitu persebaran tingkat kerawanan longsor dengan kerawanan tinggi baik di bulan basah dan bulan kering secara rata-rata terletak di Desa Hutan Ngadirenggo (1392.16 Ha), Desa Krisik (449.10 Ha), Desa Hutan Resap Ombo (828.76 Ha), Desa Ngaringan (602.68 Ha) dan Desa Tulungrejo (639.71 Ha). Desa-desa tersebut mempunyai luasan paling tinggi diatara desa-desa lainnya yang berada di Kabupaten Blitar. Tingkat kerawanan longsor sedang terletak Desa Ngadirenggo (619.49 Ha), Desa Semen (954.33 Ha), Desa Krisik (993.12 Ha), Desa Sumber Urip ( 1438.27 Ha), Desa Tulungrejo (1388.06 Ha), dan Desa Gadungan (1410 Ha). Tingkat kerawanan rendah terletak di Desa Plumbangan (342.35 Ha), Slorok (290.59 Ha), Tegalasri (261.66 Ha), Gadungan (297.21 Ha), dan Desa Suru (279.74 Ha)

Based on the 2018-2022 Blitar District Disaster Risk Study, the Blitar region has ten threats with a high average risk level in each region, one of which is landslides. In 2021 in September there was a landslide in Semen Village, Gandusari District which resulted in damage to residents houses. Then in November, landslides occurred in Doko and Wlingi Districts, causing damage to residents houses, places of worship and cutting off road access. For this reason, further analysis is needed regarding landslide disasters. In this study an analysis of landslide-prone areas in Blitar District was carried out using the method weighted overlay based on geographic information system based scoring and weighting. The parameters used are slope, rainfall, soil type, rock type and land cover. Each parameter will be given a score and weight in accordance with the provisions. The final result of this study is a map of landslide-prone areas in Blitar District which is divided into three vulnerability classes, namely low, medium and high vulnerability classes. The results of this analysis are that the distribution of landslide vulnerability levels with high vulnerability in both the wet and dry months is on average located in Ngadirenggo Forest Village (1392.16 Ha), Krisik Village (449.10 Ha), Resap Ombo Forest Village (828.76 Ha), Desa Ngaringan (602.68 Ha) and Tulungrejo Village (639.71 Ha). These villages have the highest area among other villages in Blitar Regency. The moderate level of vulnerability to landslides is in Ngadirenggo Village (619.49 Ha), Semen Village (954.33 Ha), Krisik Village (993.12 Ha), Sumber Urip Village (1438.27 Ha), Tulungrejo Village (1388.06 Ha), and Gadungan Village (1410 Ha). Low vulnerability levels are located in Plumbangan Village (342.35 Ha), Slorok Village (290.59 Ha), Tegalasri Village (261.66 Ha), Gadungan Village (297.21 Ha), and Suru Village (279.74 Ha)
