Abstract

Bali merupakan daerah tujuan wisata utama di Indonesia. Provinsi Bali yang dikenal sebagai pulau Dewata atau Pulau Seribu Pura mempunyai peran yang strategis dalam pembangunan Indonesia, khususnya sektor pariwisata. Peningkatan jumlah wisatawan maka pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi Bali meningkat. Pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah salah satu indikator yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi suatu wilayah. Keberhasilan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali juga dipengaruhi kebijakan keuangan daerahnya. Kemampuan keuangan daerah dapat dilihat dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah. Sumber pendapatan Provinsi Bali terdiri dari Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Dana Perimbangan. Penelitian ini, dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PAD dan Dana Perimbangan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel karena data berbentuk data panel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah PAD berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 99,98% dan Dana Perimbangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Bali

Bali is a major tourist destination in Indonesia. The Province of Bali, known as the Island of the Gods or Pulau Seribu Pura, has a strategic role in Indonesia's development, particularly in the tourism sector. In a national perspective, Bali Province is the main gateway for economic activities in Indonesia, especially the tourism sector. The economy of Bali Province is supported by 17 sectors. An increase in the number of tourists will increase the economic growth of the Province of Bali. Economic growth is an indicator that can be used to evaluate the success of a region's economic development. Success in economic growth in the province of Bali is also influenced by regional financial policies. Regional financial capacity can be seen from the regional revenue and expenditure budget. The source of income for the Province of Bali consists of Local Own Revenue (PAD) and Balancing Funds. So in this study, it was conducted to determine the effect of PAD and Balancing Funds on economic growth in the Province of Bali. The method used is panel data regression. The results in this study are that PAD has a significant effect on economic growth with coefficient determination is 99,98% and balancing funds have no significant effect on economic growth in the Province of Bali
