Abstract

Dengan pesatnya kemajuan internet saat ini, banyak dari para pembeli produk skincare memberikan ulasan – ulasan mereka di internet terkait produk yang mereka telah gunakan. Bagi pengembang produk, ulasan – ulasan yang diberikan oleh para pembeli sangat berharga akan kemajuan produk mereka karena dengan mengetahui ulasan-ulasan produk yang diberikan pembeli, pengembang dapat mengetahui opini masyarakat secara keseluruhan sehingga akan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini sudah bisa dilihat di internet melalui sebuah website atau sosial media. Tetapi, ternyata terlalu banyak sumber data yang ada pada internet, memerlukan cara agar bisa dengan mudah mengetahui kata kunci yang penting dari tiap produk skincare. Pembuatan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen dan asosiasi pada data produk skincare untuk mendapatkan wawasan dan kata penting dari sumber acne.org. Penelitian ini juga memberikan informasi tentang bagaimana tanggapan masyarakat atas produk skincare kepada para pengembang produk. Data yang digunakan adalah data teks ulasan yang berada di website acne.org serta judul, deskripsi, transkrip video produk skincare yang berada di Youtube. Proses pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penggalian data dari internet melalui website dan youtube terkait. Visualisasi frekuensi kata kemudian akan dibuat menjadi word cloud. Selain itu, data juga dilakukan analisis sentimen dan analisis asosiasi kata. Sehingga hasil analisis akan membantu dalam penngambilan keputusan. Selanjutnya dalam tahap implementasi hasil scraping pada website acne.org dilakukan pra pemrosesan data, kemudian dilakukan ekstrasi fitur dengan membuat visualisasi diagram sentiment yang menunjukkan positif, negative, netral, untuk kategori perawatan jearawat bebas, perawatan dengan resep dan penanganan lain. Dalam ekstrasi fitur, visualisasi frekuensi dibuat dengan wordcloud, dimana kata-kata yang banyak muncul terkait dengan hasil pemakaian pengguna, antara lain kulit sensitive, dry dan clear. Pada tahapan asosiasi kata dilakukan pengkategorian sesuai dengan sentimen dan juga diurutkan berdasarkan frekuensi kata tertinggi. Dengan hasil kata positif muncul kata-kata seperti work dan clear, hasil kata negative muncul kata-kata bad dan expensive.

With the rapid advancement of the internet today, many of the buyers of skincare products provide their reviews on the internet regarding the products they have used. For product developers, the reviews given by buyers are very valuable for the progress of their products because by knowing the product reviews given by buyers, developers can find out the opinion of the community as a whole so that it will help in making decisions. This can already be seen on the internet through a website or social media. However, it turns out that there are too many data sources on the internet, requiring a way to easily find out the important keywords of each skincare product. The purpose of this final project is to analyze sentiments and associations on skincare product data to get important insights and words from acne.org sources. This study also provides information about how the public responds to skincare products to product developers. The data used are review text data on the acne.org website as well as titles, descriptions, and video transcripts of skincare products on Youtube. This data collection process is carried out by extracting data from the internet through related websites and youtube. The word frequency visualization will then be made into a word cloud. In addition, sentiment analysis and word association analysis were also carried out on the data. So that the results of the analysis will help in making decisions. Furthermore, in the implementation stage of the scraping results on the acne.org website, pre-processing of data is carried out, then feature extraction is carried out by making a visualization of sentiment diagrams showing positive, negative, neutral, for the categories of free acne treatment, prescription treatment and other treatments. In feature extraction, frequency visualization is made with wordcloud, where the words that appear a lot are related to the results of user usage, including sensitive, dry and clear skin. At the word association stage, categorization is carried out according to sentiment and also sorted by the highest word frequency. With positive word results, words such as work and clear appear, negative words result in bad and expensive words.
