Abstract

Kapal pelra merupakan kapal tradisional yang tidak memiliki sistem ventilasi untuk menjaga komoditasnya sehingga dapat mempengaruhi nilai dan kualitas dari komoditas yang diangkut. Disamping itu, persediaan air tawar yang dapat dikonsumsi di kapal juga terbatas, terlebih lagi jika terjadi cuaca . Alat sistem Atmospheric Water Generator memanfaatkan udara buang yang mengandung uap air dari rotor dessicant pada sistem pengkondisian udara untuk dikondensasi sehingga berubah fase dari gas menjadi cair. Salah satu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dimana sistem kontrol dilakukan oleh komputer. Fault Reporting System adalah teknologi dimana sistem akan memberikan notifikasi jika terjadi error atau kesalahan. Tujuan Tugas Akhir ini adalah merancang Fault Reporting System berbasis IoT untuk mengoptimalkan sistem Atmospheric Water Generator. Cara kerjanya yaitu dengan pemasangan sesnsor pada sistem AWG (Atmospheric Water Generator) yang akan memberikan data input pada mikrokontroler. Data kemudian diolah dan diubah menjadi output melalui aplikasi blynk oleh mikrokontroler.

Pelra is a traditional ship that does not have a ventilation system to maintain its commodities so that they can affect the value and quality of the commodity being transported. In addition, the supply of fresh water that can be consumed on ships is also limited, especially if bad weather occurs while sailing, making the long duration of the sailling increasesThe Atmospheric Water Generator system tool utilizes exhaust air containing moisture from the dessicant rotor in the air conditioning system to condense so that it changes phase from gas to liquid. One of the approaches used to optimize the system is to utilize technology where the control system is carried out by a computer. Fault Reporting System is a technology where the system will provide notification if an error occurs. The purpose of this Final Project is to design an IoT-based Fault Reporting System to optimize the Atmospheric Water Generator system. The way it works is by installing sensors in the AWG (Atmospheric Water Generator) system which will provide input data to the microcontroller. The data is then processed and converted into output through the blynk application by the microcontroller.
