Abstract
Alat yang digunakan untuk tempat uji kompetensi troubleshooting dan commissioning yang mengukur variable level. Alat ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah Mekanika Fluida, Teknik Pengukuran, dan Teknik Otomasi. Alat ini bekerja dengan cara air yang dipompa dari tangki 1 menuju tangki 2 secara kontinu hingga mencapai titik set point yang telah ditentukan. Ketika air sudah mencapai set point valve 1 (bawah) akan otomatis terbuka dan membuang air pada tangki 2 menuju tangki 1 kembali. Karena pompa yang bersifat kontinu, air akan terus masuk kedalam tangki 2 dan menambah level air hingga melebihi set point, dan mencapai titik high. Ketika ketinggian air mencapai titik high valve 2 (atas) akan otomatis terbuka. Ketika valve 2 terbuka, air akan keluar menuju tangki 1. Performa yang di dapat antara lain pembacaan keadaan steady state ± 5% dan set point level 17cm maka didapatkan kondisi steady state dengan range 16,32 cm sampai 17,68 cm. Sehingga berdasarkan tabel 4.10 keadaan mencapai kondisi steady state berada pada detik ke 34 dengan tinggi air 16,5cm

A tool used for troubleshooting and commissioning competency tests that measure variable levels. This tool aims to assist the learning process in Fluid Mechanics, Measurement Engineering, and Automation Engineering courses. This tool works by pumping water from tank 1 to tank 2 continuously until it reaches a predetermined set point. When the water has reached the set point valve 1 (bottom) will automatically open and dump the water in tank 2 to tank 1 again. Because the pump is continuous, water will continue to enter tank 2 and increase the water level until it exceeds the set point and reaches the high point. When the water level reaches the high point, valve 2 (above) will automatically open. When valve 2 is open, water will come out to tank 1. The performance obtained includes steady state readings of ± 5% and a set point level of 17cm, so steady state conditions are obtained with a range of 16.32 cm to 17.68 cm. So based on table 4.10 the state reaches a steady state condition at 34 seconds with a water level of 16.5cm
