Abstract
PT Industri Kemasan Semen Indonesia (IKSG) sebagai anak usaha PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan bidang usaha pembuatan kantong dan kemasan industri. Proses produksi kantong semen selama ini sudah melakukan pengendalian kualitas dengan Total Quality Control (TQC) dan Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) secara keseluruhan. Namun, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa setiap bulan masih didapatkan kantong semen pasted woven yang cacat pada saat proses produksi kantong semen. Analisis yang dilakukan peneliti yakni metode six sigma dengan model DMAIC tanpa tahapan improve dan control. Data fase I yang digunakan adalah jumlah produksi dan produk afval bulan Januari hingga Desember 2020 dan data fase II pada Januari hingga Desember 2021. Pada diagram P didapatkan fase satu tidak terkendali secara statistik sehingga digunakan diagram Laney p' di mana pada fase I yang telah terkendali secara statistik dengan rata-rata proporsi sebesar 0,0429 dan pada fase II terkendali secara statistik dengan 11 pengamatan. Kantong semen pasted woven cacat seringnya disebabkan oleh bahan baku yang rusak atau cacat, keadaan mesin yang tidak sempurna, dan ketidaktelitian pegawai atau operator saat proses pengecekan berlangsung. Nilai PPM defective dari proses sebesar 42.927,2. Persentase defect yang diproduksi sebesar 4,29% yang mana melebihi batas 3%, maka proses produksi kantong semen jenis pasted woven tahap converting masih belum capable. Nilai level sigma dari proses yakni 3,22 di mana proses produk kantong semen pasted woven termasuk dalam kategori baik dan dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan dalam negeri. Untuk mencapai level 6-sigma, PT IKSG maksimal harus menghasilkan sekitar 6 kantong semen pasted woven yang cacat pada saat proses produksi tahap converting.

PT Semen Indonesia Packaging Industry (IKSG) is a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk that manufactures bags and industrial packaging. The cement bag production process so far has carried out quality control with Total Quality Control (TQC) and the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) as a whole. However, it is undeniable that every month we still get defective pasted woven cement bags during the cement bag production process. The analysis carried out by the researcher is the six sigma method with the DMAIC model without the improve and control stages. Phase I data is the amount of production and product defects from January to December 2020, and phase II data is from January to December 2021. In the P diagram, it is determined that phase one is not statistically controlled, so a Laney p' diagram is used where phase I is under control statistically with an average proportion of 0.0429 and phase II is statistically controlled with 11 observations. Defective pasted woven cement bags are often caused by damaged or defective raw materials, imperfect machine conditions, and employee or operator inaccuracies during the checking process. The PPM defective value of the process is 42,927.2. The percentage of defects produced was 4.29%, which exceeded the limit of 3%, so the converting stage of the pasted woven cement bag production process was still not capable. The sigma level value of the process is 3.22, where the pasted woven cement bag production process is included in the good category and can compete with domestic companies. To reach the 6-sigma level, PT IKSG must produce a maximum of around 6 bags of defective pasted woven cement during the converting stage of the production process.
