Abstract

Proses pengangkutan material memainkan peranan yang sangat penting di dalam dunia industri. Suatu industri, dimana kita membutuhkan alat untuk memudahkan memindahkan barang dari tempat satu ke tempat lainya tanpa menggunakan banyak tenaga dan hal itu tidaklah mungkin dilakukan manusia. Contohnya dalam pemindahan batuan kali yang akan dihancurkan menjadi kerikil dan pasir.dimana tempat penampungan batuan dan mesin penghancurnya memiliki jarak yang cukup jauh untuk dilakukan pemindahan secara manual. Di industri pasir di Kalikajar Wonosobo, belt conveyor digunakan untuk memindahkan batuan menuju mesin penghancur batu. Adanya alat tersebut sangat berguna untuk meringankan pekerjaan dan mempersingkat waktu pekerjaan. Permintaan pasir yang meningkat maja jumlah produksinya pun bertambah. Kapasitas mesin penghancur di perkirakan 15 ton/jam dengan kapasitas belt conveyor 10 ton/jam dengan sudut kemiringan 25 derajat. Sehingga kapasitasnya akan di naikan menjadi 15 ton/jam. Maka direncanakan perencanaan ulang dengan saran dari pemilik tambang yaitu sudut kemiringanya menjadi 18 derajat dengan kapasitas belt conveyor 15 ton/jam. Pada perencanannya, diawali dengan studi literatur dan observasi lapangan. Setelah itu, dilakukan pengambilan data dan perencanaan. Perencanaan meliputi perencanaan kapasitas belt conveyor, kecepatan conveyor, perencanaan rantai dan sproket, perencanaan poros dan bantalan. Conveyor ini memiliki panjang 6 meter dan memiliki sudut inklinasi 18o dengan kecepatan 0,13 m/s dan kapasitas maksimum sebesar 15 ton/jam. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan berat sabuk 4,29 kg/m, daya motor yang diperlukan 6 hp, rantai yang digunakan No 60 dengan diameter sproket kecil 68 mm dan sproket besar 213 mm, bahan poros AISI 4620, tipe bearing SKF NU2209E dengan diameter 45 mm. ==============================================================================================================================
The process of transporting materials plays a very important role in the industrial world. An industry, where we need tools to make it easier to move goods from one place to another without using a lot of energy and that is impossible for humans to do. For example in the transfer of river rock to be crushed into gravel and sand, where the rock shelters and crushing machines have a considerable distance to be moved manually. In the sand industry in Kalikajar Wonosobo, belt conveyors are used to move rock to a stone crusher. The existence of these tools is very useful to lighten the work and shorten the time of work. The demand for sand is increasing, so the amount of production is also increasing. The capacity of the crusher is estimated to be 10 tons/hour with a conveyor belt capacity of 15 tons/hour with a slope angle of 25 degrees. So that the capacity will be increased to 15 tons / hour. Then a re-planning was planned with advice from the mine owner, namely the angle of inclination to 18 degrees with a conveyor belt capacity of 15 tons/hour.. In planning, it begins with a literature study and field observations. After that, data collection and planning were carried out. Planning includes planning conveyor belt capacity, conveyor speed, chain and sprocket planning, shaft and bearing planning. This conveyor has a length of 6 meters and has an inclination angle of 18 with a speed of 0.13 m/s and a maximum capacity of 15 tons/hour. From the calculation results, the weight of the belt is 4.29 kg/m, the required motor power is 6 hp, the chain used is No. 60 with a small sprocket diameter of 68 mm and a large sprocket of 213 mm, AISI 4620 shaft material, bearing type SKF NU2209E with a diameter of 45 mm .
