Abstract

The world has now developed into a digital era with technology that can make it easier for humans to perform services. PT. Eforel Citra Utama, an industrial office distributor office in Indonesia, currently still uses a manual system to record customer data, quotations, and Memo Order Project(MOP), as well as evaluate sales performance. Therefore, a method is needed to manage customers and sales performance in the office, especially since the current pandemic conditions require that processes be carried out online. During the practical work, we were given the opportunity to design and implement the infrastructure of the customer data collection system and sales performance. For developing the web application, NextJS is utilized for both frontend using reactJS and the back-end using nodeJS. For the database, MySQL and ORM Prisma are used
