Abstract

PT. Nusantara Infrastructure merupakan badan usaha swasta yang bergerak di bidang investasi dan operasional infrastruktur di Indonesia. Portfolio bisnis infrastruktur yang dimiliki adalah infrastruktur jalan tol, energi terbarukan, pengolahan air bersih, dan pelabuhan laut. PT. Nusantara Infrastructure ikut serta dalam program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka (MSIB) Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sebagai mitra perusahaan dengan tajuk “Future Talent Program”. Salah satu posisi yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa dalam program ini adalah Civil Engineering Intern - Holding Company, yaitu bergabung di Engineering and Planning Division PT. Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. Divisi ini akan bertanggung jawab atas perihal teknis dan perencanaan yang terjadi pada aset bisnis jalan tol milik PT. Nusantara Infrastructure.

Civil Engineering Intern - Holding Company di PT. Nusantara Infrastructure secara garis besar memiliki 2 tugas, yaitu menjaga keberlanjutan operasi jalan tol dan pengembangan bisnis aset jalan tol milik perusahaan. Dalam proses menjaga keberlanjutan operasi jalan tol, penulis mengerjakan tugas mempelajari SPM 2014,menilai kondisi perkerasan jalan tol dengan metode Pavement Condition Index, dan memimpin proyek pengembangan aplikasi penilai kondisi jalan tol (NISA). Kemudian dalam hal pengembangan bisnis jalan tol, penulis melakukan monitoring progress pekerjaan pengembangan lingkup Jalan Tol Pondok Aren – Serpong di KM 8 dan KM 10, monitoring progress pekerjaan pavement upgrading di Jalan Tol Seksi Empat Makassar, melakukan traffic assessment terhadap aset jalan tol PT. Nusantara Infrastructure, dan ikut serta dalam proses business development prakarsa proyek pembangunan ruas jalan tol baru di area Jabodetabek.

Dengan kegiatan magang kampus merdeka ini, penulis dapat mendapatkan banyak ilmu dan pengalaman secara professional dalam mengola bisnis infrastruktur, khususnya di sektor jalan tol. Sejalan dengan itu penulis juga mendapatkan pengalaman di sebuah proyek kontruksi dari sisi owner proyek.

PT. Nusantara Infrastructure is a private business entity engaged in infrastructure investment and operations in Indonesia. Infrastructure business portfolio owned by the company are toll road infrastructure, renewable energy, clean water treatment, and sea port. PT. Nusantara Infrastructure participated in the Ministry of Education and Culture's program, which is Magang Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) as a corporate partner with the title "Future TalentProgram". One of the positions offered to students in this program isCivil Engineering Intern - Holding Company, namely joining in Engineering and Planning Division PT. Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. This division will be responsible for the technical and planning matters that occur on the asset toll road business owned by PT. Nusantara Infrastructure.

Civil Engineering Intern - Holding Company at PT. Archipelago Infrastructure has 2 main tasks, namely maintaining the continuity of toll road operations and business development of the company's toll road assets. In the process of keeping sustainability of toll road operations, the author is doing the task of studying SPM 2014, assessing the condition of the toll road pavement using the Pavement Condition Index method, and leading the toll road condition assessor application development project (NISA). Then in terms of toll road business development, the author conducts monitoring progress of development work on the scope of the Jalan Tol Pondok Aren - Serpong at
KM 8 and KM 10, monitoring the progress of the pavement upgrading work on Jalan Tol Seksi Empat, conducted a traffic assessment of the toll road assets of PT. Nusantara Infrastructure, and participate in the business development process initiative for the construction of new toll roads in the Jabodetabek area.

With this MSIB programme, author gets a lots of knowledge and professional experience in managing business infrastructure, particularly in the toll road sector. In line with that the author also experience in a construction project from the project owner's side.
