Abstract
Esports merupakan suatu cabang olahraga baru yang berkembang seiring kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pembentukan tim esports bertujuan menjadi juara agar dapat menunjukkan nilai dan kualitas dari tim itu sendiri secara global terutama di mata para investor. Esports lebih ke arah game profesional, yaitu cara kompetitif bermain game yang sesuai dengan aturan profesional. Untuk meraih hal tersebut harus terus-menerus secara rutin berlatih dengan fasilitas latihan untuk mengakomodir pemain tim esports dalam menempa diri secara fisik dan mental. Sebuah wadah yang dibutuhkan untuk tempat latihan, tempat tinggal, tempat analisis dan hal-hal lain keperluan dari tim yang disebut gaming house. Dewa United Esorts Gaming House adalah salah satu esports yang memiliki gaming house dengan bangunan dasar yang merupakan hotel. Tujuan utama dari perancangan ini adalah memaksimalkan identitas kantor Dewa United Esports sebagai sarana branding kepada masyarakat dan mengembangkan desain interior fasilitas gaming house untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mengakomodir kebutuhan para pemain esports. Karena dengan kondisi eksisting gaming house masih berpotensi untuk bisa dikembangkan. Dalam proses mengembangkan dan penyelesaian mengenai kondisi masalah di Dewa United Esport Gaming House, dilakukan perbandingan dengan beberapa gaming house di dunia. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara terhadap COO Dewa United Esports dan mengajukan beberapa kuisioner kepada masyarakat untuk mengetahui pendapat mereka tentang fasilitas gaming house. Data yang diperoleh menghasilkan konsep smart utility untuk perancangan desain interior ini. Hasil perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif menjadi gaming house yang mampu memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi pengguna serta menjadi daya tarik unik tersendiri bagi Dewa United Esports Gaming House.

Esports is a new sport branch that is developing along with advances in information and communication technology. The formation of a sports team aims to become a champion to show the value and quality of the team itself globally, especially in the eyes of investors. Esports is more towards professional gaming, namely a competitive way of playing games according to professional rules. To achieve this, they must continue to practice regularly with training facilities to accommodate esports team players in forging themselves physically and mentally. A place needed for training, living, analysis and other things that the team needs is called a gaming house. Dewa United Esports Gaming House is one of the esports that has a gaming house with a basic building which is a hotel. The main purpose of this design is to maximize the identity of the Dewa United Esports office as a means of branding to the public and to develop the interior design of gaming house facilities to improve quality and accommodate the needs of esports players. With the existing conditions, the gaming house still has the potential to be developed. In the process of developing and solving the problem conditions in Dewa United Esports Gaming House, a comparison was made with several gaming houses in the world. Using data collection methods through direct observation, interviews with COO Dewa United Esports and submitting several questionnaires to the public to find out their opinion about the gaming house facilities. The data obtained resulted in a smart utility concept for designing this interior design. The results of this design are expected to have a positive impact on becoming a gaming house that can provide comfort and safety for users as well as being a unique attraction for Dewa United Esports Gaming House.
