Abstract
Metode beton pracetak (precast) adalah teknologi konstruksi struktur beton dengan komponen-komponen yang dicetak terlebih dahulu pada suatu tempat khusus (fabrication) dan selanjutnya dipasang di lokasi proyek (installation). Pemakaian metode beton pracetak (precast) memiliki beberapa kelebihan dibandingkan metode konvensional. Kelebihan tersebut meliputi waktu pengerjaan yang relatif singkat, proses produksinya tidak tergantung cuaca, tidak memerlukan tempat penyimpanan material yang luas, kontrol kualitas beton lebih terjamin, hemat akan bekisting dan penopang bekisting, serta kemudahan dalam pelaksanaannya sehingga dapat mereduksi durasi proyek dan secara otomatis biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi lebih kecil.Gedung Apartement Klaska Residence ini berada di Jagir Wonokromo Kecamatan Wonokromo, Surabaya. Gedung ini mempunyai 20 lantai dan atap dengan konstruksi utama beton bertulang. Dalam Proyek Akhir ini, Gedung Apartement dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan pracetak untuk menahan beban lateral struktur terutama di sambungan akibat beban gempa. Pemilihan metode pracetak didasari oleh kecepatan pelaksanaan, kontrol kualitas mutu yang tinggi, ramah lingkungan, serta pengurangan jumlah tenaga kerja. Perencanaan dengan komponen pracetak diaplikasikan pada komponen struktur primer dan sekunder yaitu balok dan pelat. Perencanaan sistem struktur pracetak dilakukan dengan metode sambungan basah. Sambungan yang digunakan yaitu sambungan Dapped End pada sambungan balok anak ke balok induk, dan untuk balok induk ke kolom menggunakan sambungan konsol yang dicor In Situ.Dari hasil perhitungan, ditetapkan dimensi struktur untuk pelat 150 mm dengan tebal pelat pracetak 70 mm dan overtopping 80 mm. Terdapat 7 tipe pelat yang dibedakan sesuai dengan ukuran dan beban yang bekerja pada pelat. Tipe dimensi balok induk dibedakan berdasarkan panjang balok dan letak balok (eksterior dan interior ) dengan dimensi terbesar adalah 650 mm x500 mm. Sedangkan balok anak didapat dimensi 550 mm x400 mm. Sambungan antara balok ke kolom menggunakan sambungan konsol yang dicor In Situ, sambungan pada balok induk ke balok anak menggunakan sambungan Dapped End
