Abstract

One of the causes of the problems at the Watershed (DAS) is the existence of human intervention. Human behavior is very dominant in influencing environmental damage, thus encouraging water imbalances. Increased population growth also resulted in changes in land use. This can cause problems of water deficit during the dry season and floods in the rainy season. Furthermore, the prediction made the river flow with hydrological model and evaluate existing reservoirs. In this study using HEC-HMS software and ArcMap. The research location in Bengawan Solo river upstream with an area of 6,072 km2. The result is a reservoir conditions existing on 16 reservoirs in subzone Head water serves to reduce flooding both in the creeks and in the main river
