Abstract

Kekayaan alam bawah laut dari Raja Ampat menjadi konsen utama wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Sebanyak 553 jenis karang terdapat di wilayah ekoregion Raja Ampat. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Raja Ampat memiliki karang yang paling lengkap di seluruh dunia. Untuk meningkatkan potensi dan kenyamanan wisatawan di Raja Ampat maka didesain sebuah floating resort yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri, dengan fasilitas olahraga diving dan glass bottom yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan yang ingin menikmati keindahan alam bawah laut dan menikmati sensasi menginap di perairan yang tenang di Raja Ampat. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah mendesain Glass Bottom Floating Resort dan Diving Center di Raja Ampat agar bisa menaikkan wisatawan di daerah sana. Floating resort ini dilengkapi dengan fasilitas kamar, diving center, glass bottom, restaurant, bar, laundry, dan gym. Glass Bottom Floating Resort dan Diving Center memiliki bentuk lambung di bawah air berupa barge dengan LoA: 63 m; B: 18 m; D: 3.6 m; T: 1.4 m dan payload atau kapasitasnya dapat menampung sebanyak 64 orang. Konfigurasi mooring system yang digunakan adalah spread mooring system. Sedangkan biaya pembangunan kapal yang dibutuhkan adalah sebesar Rp 13.303.358.467 dan dianalisis akan balik modal atau mencapai titik BEP pada 1 tahun 2 bulan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 52.673.662.787 dan nilai IRR sebesar 61,87%

The underwater natural wealth of Raja Ampat is the main concern for tourists to visit. A total of 553 species of coral are found in the Raja Ampat ecoregion. These figures show that Raja Ampat has the most complete coral reefs in the world. To increase the potential and comfort of tourists in Raja Ampat, a floating resort was designed which has its own charm, with diving and glass bottom sports facilities that can meet the needs of tourists who want to enjoy the beauty of the underwater world and enjoy the sensation of staying in the calm waters of Raja Ampat. . The aim of this Final Project is to design a Glass Bottom Floating Resort and Diving Center in Raja Ampat so that it can increase tourists in the area. This floating resort is equipped with room facilities, diving center, glass bottom, restaurant, bar, laundry and gym. The Glass Bottom Floating Resort and Diving Center has an underwater hull in the form of a barge with LoA: 63 m; B: 18m; D: 3.6m; Q: 1.4 m and the payload or capacity can accommodate as many as 64 people. The mooring system configuration used is a spread mooring system. While the cost of building the ship required is IDR 13,303,358,467 and it is analyzed that it will return on investment or reach the BEP point in 1 year 2 months with an NPV value of IDR 52,673,662,787 and an IRR value of 61.87%
