Abstract

Penelitian untuk mendeteksi bahaya pada Colomn Destillasi di pabrik PT. PETRO OXO NUSANTARA GRESIK telah dilakukan. Proses pemisahan senyawa kimia terjadi pada Colomn Destillasi. Senyawa Kimia memiliki bahaya seperti mudah terbakar dan dapat beracun, oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya analisis bahaya. Analisis bahaya dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan analisis HAZOP. Node yang dipakai adalah Colomn Destillasi (T-160), Air Cooler, Reaktor,dan Drum yang merupakan komponen utama untuk memisahkan NBD (Normal Butil Aldehyde) dan IBD (Iso Butil Aldehyde) yang dihasilkan pada reaksi OXO dipisahkan dengan cara destilasi . Guide word dan deviasi ditentukan berdasarkan buku HAZOPs PT PETRO OXO NUSANTARA dan melalui LogSheet yang dibentuk oleh data proses masing-masing komponen. Estimasi likelihood dilakukan berdasarkan data maintenance PT. PETRO OXO NUSANTARA selama 10 tahun, sedangkan estimasi consequences dilakukan secara kualitatif berdasarkan kriteria risiko yang ditimbulkan. Hasil perkalian likelihood dan consequences dengan risk matrix menghasilkan kriteria risiko dari komponen. Hasil analisis, menunjukan bahwa komponen yang memiliki risiko bahaya paling besar adalah pada Colomn Destillasi (T-160) rata rata instrumen yang ditinjau menghasilkan Risk Level Moderate.

Research to detect hazards in the Distillation Column at the PT. PETRO OXO NUSANTARA GRESIK has been carried out. The process of separating chemical compounds occurs in Column Distillation. Chemical compounds have hazards such as flammable and can be toxic, therefore a hazard analysis is required. Hazard analysis in this study was carried out using HAZOP analysis. The nodes used are the Distillation Column (T-160), Air Cooler, Reactor, and Drum which are the main components to separate NBD (Normal Butyl Aldehyde) and IBD (Iso Butyl Aldehyde) produced in the OXO reaction separated by distillation. Guide words and deviations are determined based on PT PETRO OXO NUSANTARA's HAZOPs book and through the LogSheet formed by the process data of each component. Likelihood estimation is based on maintenance data of PT. PETRO OXO NUSANTARA for 10 years, while the estimation of the consequences is carried out qualitatively based on the criteria for the risks involved. The result of multiplying the likelihood and consequences with the risk matrix produces the risk criteria of the components. The results of the analysis show that the component that has the greatest hazard risk is the Distillation Column (T-160), the average instrument being reviewed produces a Moderate Risk Level.
