Abstract

Umumnya, pembuatan kabinet pada sistem audio mobil dilakukan hanya berdasarkan kebiasaan atau coba-coba,Tetapi dengan perhitungan yang tepat, pembuatan kabinet dapat dilakukan secara efisien. Pada perancangan kabinet, khususnya kabinet bass-refleks ini, didasarakan pada nomograf yang didasarkan aturan ‘Quasi-Butterworth 3’ dan “Sub-Chebychev4’ sehingga sistem mempunyai ‘roll-off 24 dB / oktaf.Berdasarkan nomograf tersebut, dihasilkan kabinet bass-refleks yang mempunyai dimensi: (VB) = 23,6 liter = 0,0833 ft3 ; Panjang : 42,73 cm; Lebar : 29,73 cm; Kedalaman : 18,6 cm. Berdasarkan perhitungan, frekuensi resonansi kabinet sebesar 27 Hz dan frekuensi cut-off sistem sebesar 97,2 Hz.

Generally, the making of enclosure at audio mobil system just based on trial and error. However,it could be efficient, with the right calculation. For the designing of enclosure, especially bass-reflex enclosure using the nomograph , which based on ‘Quasi-Butterworth 3’ and ‘Sub-Chebychev 4 alignments, the sistem have 24 dB / octave roll-off. Dimensions of bass-reflex enclosure which based on the nomograph:box-volume (VB) = 23,6 litres = 0,08333 ft3; length : 42,73 cm; width : 29,73 cm; and depth : 18,6 cm. The calculation of enclosure resonance is 27 Hz and the cut-off system is 97,2 Hz.
