Abstract

Keberhasilan implementasi sebuah teknologi tidak lepas dari penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi tersebut. Pengguna yang dapat menerima ditandai dengan munculnya persepsi positif terhadap teknologi tersebut, yaitu persepsi akan kemudahan (perceived ease of use) dan persepsi akan kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) yang dirasakan ketika menggunakannya. Kedua persepsi tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh dimensi-dimensi dalam technology readiness, yang terdiri dari dimensi optimism, innovativeness, discomfort dan insecurity. Dimensi optimism dan innovativeness, secara umum, dianggap sebagai dimensi yang mendorong munculnya persepsi positif pengguna terhadap penerimaan teknologi. Sebaliknya, dimensi discomfort dan insecurity dikategorikan sebagai inhibitor karena berpengaruh negatif terhadap persepsi pengguna dalam menerima teknologi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN Kementerian Agama (SIEKA) yang diimplementasikan kepada guru dan pegawai ASN di MAN 1 Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan adopsi model Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) yang digunakan oleh Rita Walczuch dalam penelitiannya pada tahun 2007. Model tersebut memungkinkan keempat dimensi dalam technology readiness untuk membangun persepsi kemudahan dan kemanfaatan dalam penerimaan teknologi.
Data penelitian diperoleh dari guru dan pegawai ASN di MAN 1 Kota Semarang melalui kuesioner yang mengacu pada Technology Readiness Indes (TRI) 2.0. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini, dimensi optimism dan innovativeness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi guru dan pegawai ASN di MAN 1 Kota Semarang akan kemudahan penggunaan teknologi baru, dalam hal ini Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN Kementerian Agama (SIEKA). Sedangkan persepsi guru dan pegawai ASN di MAN 1 Kota Semarang akan kemanfaatan dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use). Penemuan hasil tersebut diharapkan mampu menjadi acuan strategi bagi pemangku kebijakan di MAN 1 Kota Semarang untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang lebih baik dalam rangka implementasi teknologi di masa yang akan datang.

The successful implementation of a technology can not be separated from the user's acceptance of the technology. Users who can accept are characterized by the emergence of positive perceptions of the technology, namely the perception of perceived ease of use and the perception of perceived usefulness when using it. Both perceptions can be influenced by the dimensions in technology readiness, which consists of dimensions of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort and insecurity. The dimension of optimism and innovativeness, in general, is considered as the dimension that drives of positive perceptions of users towards the acceptance of technology. In other hand, the discomfort and insecurity dimensions are categorized as inhibitors because they negatively affect the user's perception of receiving the technology.
This study aims to evaluate the use of Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN Kementerian Agama (SIEKA) which was implemented to ASN teachers and employees in MAN 1 Kota Semarang by using the adoption of the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) used by Rita Walczuch in her research in 2007. The model allows the four dimensions in technology readiness to build a perception of ease and usefulness in the acceptance of technology.
The research data was obtained from asn teachers and employees in MAN 1 Kota Semarang through questionnaires referring to Technology Readiness Indes (TRI) 2.0. The results obtained in this study, the dimension of optimism and innovativeness has a significant influence on the perception of teachers and employees of ASN in MAN 1 Kota Semarang will ease the use of new technology, in this case the Sistem Informasi Elektronik Kinerja ASN Kementerian Agama (SIEKA). Meanwhile, the perception of teachers and ASN employees in MAN 1 Kota Semarang will be significantly influenced by the perception of ease of use. The discovery of these results is expected to be a strategic reference for policyholders in MAN 1 Kota Semarang to prepare better human resources in order to technology implementation in the future.
